Rude people... Overpriced shipping rates..
I asked employee to be nice , employees told me to leave ...
I went to another store, they told me people complain about employees at this location all the time ...
I called and left a message management to call, they never did.
The manager reply doesn't match reality at all.

I Google mapped UPS stores in Dayton and found this one. I needed to send 4 mugs I won before my flight. The man serving me was super nice and professional. I left the mugs for him to wrap and was on my way.The mugs made it to my home exactly when he said. There was a big "Fragile" sticker on the box. As I unwrapped the box, I saw how well wrapped the mugs were. Beautiful job. If I lived in the Dayton area, they would be my go-to for shipping!

AWE-mazing service. The two young men were able to multi-task and greet everyone that came in the store. Jeff waited on me and was GREAT!!! He took time to explain options for what I was doing. First time at UPS and I will certainly be back.

Manager informed me he doesn't want my business. I would like to know if the owner feels the same way. I had a somewhat valuable package shipped to the Warren location per retailer website option. Visited the store and was asked for the tracking number and was told it wasn't there. Shipper sent a Replacement. Same story, visited store, package not there. Went across town to UPS hub only to find out it was in fact shipped to Warren St. One more visit to Warren St and once again asked for tracking number and told it's not there. Then the manager on duty had this great idea to ask my name. He then found my package, informed me he just sent back the previous one that was assumed lost, and asked for a $5 service fee. All the blame of this unfortunate blunder was shifted to me by someone who needs some serious customer service training. Shipping to a UPS store was a convenience offered by a major retailer and was supposed to offer a safe and secure delivery at a professionally staffed store as per UPS website. I have been a customer of this location for many years and up till now have been pleased with the services provided.

This place always lost my package and this is the second time this year when you call them they don't help they're useless company ? i wish they can close .or maybe the people that's do delivery they always steal my package.

Pretty sure the guy who "helped" me with my simple return package couldn't escape a taped cardboard box if his job depended on it. Will visit another store tomorrow and see if they have brighter workers wish me luck
