I go here for the Chase branch but any interaction I've had with Siebenthaler's staff has been positive.

My wife and I recommend Bill of Siebenthaler’s Landscaping and Gardening Center to help meet your landscaping or re-landscaping needs. We met with Bill and explained my wife’s desires for a color-filled, seasonal garden along with my hardscape vision; he interpreted what he heard and came back with a design and sound advice with professional direction along the way. The result is a beautiful welcoming sense of space in our front and rear yards, including a terraced rear garden. We’re extremely happy with Bill and would recommend him to anyone wanting a true return on their landscape investment.

Nice store, lots of selection. Used to come and visit the cat a lot. Just lately everything is priced outrageously. Lots of the plants you can find the same quality elsewhere for less. Many accessories and decorations can be found online through other vendors for a fraction of their price. Store is well kept and staff are attentive though.

I’m sure it has more to do with the time of year of my visit, but I was disappointed with the plant selection. I gravitate to house plants, but I was looking at everything. It seems like the plants are higher in price, but are not super healthy or full for such a price. They had beautiful, healthy elephant ear lining the outside store front, but nothing similar elsewhere. They had a “vault,” with their more exclusive plants, but there were only three inside, and frankly, I didn’t think they were very unique. They have a HUGE selection of pots, and I’m sure if you had something particular in mind, they would have it. As I said, my timing was likely a contributor but I was disappointed with my visit

Good selection of plants. Don't recommend going in the afternoon on the weekends though. The line to checkout was about 60 people long

We had the Siebenthaler team do landscaping in the fall of 2016 to plant shrubs and trees around our back patio, and then again in the fall of 2022 to also plant trees and shrubs around our pool. we spent a considerable amount of money ($10K) with the company. When they came to do the fall landscaping around the pool, the trees and shrubs around the patio needed trimmed so they did that work as well. Fast forward to this spring and three of my viburnums did not return. They said it was because of the cold temperatures, and not the trimming right before winter which is what I think aided in them dying. I asked them to help with the replacement and they refused. I'm not saying they gave me a bad shrub to begin with, what I'm saying is that they refuse to think their trimming had anything to do with causing the shrub to be in a more vulnerable condition and could have caused too much stress before winter causing them to not survive. Those shrubs have lasted colder winters and were established shrubs (6+ years). Seems odd to me that all three of them died even though it's recommended not to trim them just prior to winter. Also, none of the baby shrubs/trees died in that cold weather and they were more vulnerable than the established shrubs/trees. Given our loyalty to this company, I guess the replacement of three shrubs is too much to ask of them. We didn't mind at the time to pay higher prices thinking "you get what you pay for". Not in this case. We paid higher prices and got sub-par services. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have not tried to work anything out. They told me to replace them if they don't come back.Service: Landscape installations

Best Service EVER We went in to have 3 plants re-potted and received professional advice on all of them. One was re-potted, and the other 2 didn't have to be, no needless spending!! Excellent customer service ??

DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES! The "top soil" they sell is in fact dirty mulch. Last year, I bought seventeen bags of it to fill low spots in my lawn and reseeded those areas. When the wood rotted, the low spots reappeared. Wasted time, money, and work! The manager I asked about this insisted that their topsoil is a mixture of sand and peatmoss, which is clearly not the case. If you don't believe me, find a torn bag and feel it with your fingers. They will get dirty, not sandy, and you will be able to feel the wood mulch. Don't buy!
