Had a great experience at Siebenthalers today!
Savannah was awesome and really went the extra mile to help us out with replanting our snake plants. She took great care in making sure they were repotted just right, and I left feeling like our plants were in the best hands. The whole process was easy and stress-free.
Definitely my new favorite spot for plants, thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Highly recommend checking them out!

Greetings, potential and existing customers! I was experiencing issues with leaves on my maple trees turning to fall colors and falling off during the beginning of Summer; my wife and I were terrified we could lose it because it's mature and sits in the middle of my front yard! I contacted Siebenthaler's Beavercreek Garden Center and was advised to contact Mr. R. Siebenthaler (Arborist). I called and left a message and was contacted immediately. Mr. Siebenthaler requested photos and then visited my home for a more thorough review and provided a detailed analysis with a fix.
Also, I've bought a few trees and plants from Siebenthaler over the 13 years I've lived in Beavercreek and have been please with my selections and services.
I highly recommend Siebenthaler for all of your planting needs!

I purchased a number of plants, a shrub, perennials, etc. and some soil amendments at this location. I really couldn't get anyone to help me but someone there suggested I look in a certain greenhouse & look for "native" plants. Except for one plant everything I bought was a "native" plant as they're probably going to do better in this area I was told. At checkout a soil additive was recommended so I bought that as well. The associate who rang me up told me to keep my receipt as all the plants were guaranteed for the year. Well two of the plants I purchased didn't survive despite my best efforts. When I contacted Siebenthaler's to see if I could get a replacement plants I was told that most plants aren't covered and that my plants ( perennials) was under that list. So not wanting to repeat and not happy with Siebenthaler's and their disappointing guarantee, I found the plants I needed at Knollwood Garden Center(where they actually have a guarantee).

This nursery's been around for years. The staff is very knowledgeable about the different plans that they have. I also go here when I'm looking for something different. That's not a regular big box store. Everything I've gotten here has always lived once planted. I take very good care of their plants.

I experienced excellent customer service when I needed help with a gift card purchase I'd made online. I received a response within minutes of my email, even thought it was late in the evening on a Friday night. It took only a few minutes to completely resolve the issue. I highly recommend Siebenthaler's Garden Center!

What a great Company. Robert went above and beyond to help me understand what could be done to save some trees next to my lot. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Even made a special trip out to my home to make sure he understood the issues to give the best advice possible.

We have used Siebenthalers and their landscape designer, Kevin Heller for years and the finished product always exceeds our expectations! Everyone on the team is extremely professional and their estimation of timing for the project is very accurate.
