Do not shop here!! If you do, make sure the product you buy is actually new. I bought a new lawnmower from here. My daughter unpacked it and we noticed that it looked well used and it even had oil and gas in it!! Called the store, had to take it all the way back. Approached the return table and the girl thought she was going to keep me from talking, because she already knows!! Absolutely not!! Let me explain the box it was in was new and taped up. I got another lawnmower. I still called cooperate and afterwards the store manager refunded 50 dollars!! Now I get the new lawnmower, supposedly, and it even came with a bottle of oil. I had trouble starting it. I had someone help and it worked fine for me. I mowed a couple strips of my yard and it stalled. Again can not start it!! Checked gas, it was good. Oil was good, just won’t work!! I will no longer be going to Home Depot for anything!! Cooperation was confused, I got very bad customer service from them. I will be getting a hold of the BBB and AG. Photos on this review is on the way!! And a small claims suit if I don’t get a refund and you pick up this garbage!! Look at their BBB review, they are common scammers!!

Went online and reserved a log splitter to rent. Received confirmation and the deposit was taken out of bank. Last evening received a text saying there was a problem with the rental and the deposit woukd be refunded. I called the rental department and was told ohh our computer doesnt show online reservations and we just rented the splitter so we refunded your deposit I explained that we had people take off work to help get the project done. I heard laughing in the background. He then said someone just took it for the 4 hour rental and should have it back by closing. We had it reserved for 7:00am this morning (monday). He said hed call if it was back in time. Less than a half hour later my husband got a message that it was just returned. So now the money is sitting in limbo because they cancelled the reservation.

workers being so rude. even had the audacity to say “i don’t have for that” like what.. it’s literally your job to help people. get some better workers.
