T-Mobile as a brand has lost any trust I had a long time ago. From shutting off my service for multiple days when I paid my bill a month in advance, to trying to get me to pay for a home Internet device after I sent it back to them months prior. They sent me a letter saying I owned them for it coincidentally a few months after I switched to Verizon. Kind of weird right? The icing on the cake is, while I was in the transition of T-Mobile to Verizon, I stopped in to this location to have someone double check my account. To ensure I didn't owe on anything etc. The representative looked up my account and told me I didn't owe anything. He even said he saw that I was sent a home Internet device but I sent it back. So since I had his assurance that I didn't owe on anything, I finished the transition to Verizon. Few months later, I all of a sudden get a letter saying I owed them for the device that I no longer had, and literally never used it because when I got it out of the box it wouldn't turn on. That's why I sent it back.I talked to multiple T-Mobile reps over the phone and they couldn't give me an answer as to why I owed them for the home Internet when apparently they even saw I sent it back. But someone at this company says otherwise.So this review isn't to spite the people that work at this location. It's to complain about the company and how they are shady for doing what they did to me.

I wish I could give it a 0 star . Worst customer Service and a waste of my time going there . The manager made me sit down and wait 1 hour until I asked what's going on she said yeah if you need help imma probably not be able to ? Like what do you mean waited this long and now you saying you can't help me why didn't you tell me that in the first place. Will never go here again

I give one star only for the sales ladies who treated me very kindly. The manager of this store was an absolute jerk to me yesterday. I came in to try and get something worked out that happened at the Troy store, and the sales ladies (who were extremely nice) could not do anything to help me. I asked if there was someone at the store who could help and they said yes the manager was there. When they went back to get him, they came back out to say he could not help me at that time because he was ‘waiting for an interview’. I asked why he wouldn’t put a customer first (obviously someone interviewing for a customer service job would understand a slight delay because of a customer needing help) and they shrugged and said they didn’t know. I asked them to ask him to come tell me to my face that he would not help me, and he finally came out. He had a huge attitude and made me feel like he, and T-Mobile by association since he is representing T-Mobile, did not care about my problems caused by another T-Mobile store. He interrupted me, talked over me, told me to call Customer Care to get help. It was very frustrating and I hope I never run into a customer service representative again who has so little regard for the customer. T-Mobile, you can do better.

Top notch place! Great service and staff! Zachary Schmittauer was super patient since I'm hard of hearing and didn't mind me yelling at him for my upgrade!

I didn't go to t mobile I went to diamond vape store in the same shopping center. ? I love this vape shop it's literally the best one I've ever seen

Came in with a problem with their new internet service. They have bent over backwards trying to solve this problem. I don't think it can be fixed. But they have legitimately tried everything. And been super-friendly through it all.

Great employees, professional and friendly. The network SUCKS in comparison to Verizon in 45414 and 45424. I imagine their network is great in other zip codes.
