I love this place. They do a good job keeping it in good shape but today I lost six dollars in Machine machine, number six. They don’t have any way for you to get a hold of them to get a credit or get your money back and I think that’s a shame. I looked all over the store. Looked them up an online. The phone is disconnected. All I really want is my six dollars in machine six. I hope they will reach out to me. I have been a regular customer here and would definitely bump up my rating but losing six dollars makes you a bit bitter

The washer did a good job, but the dryer didn't dry. My belongings didn't have any warmth on them. I had to hang dry them at home. I put $8 dollars in that dryer (#30). ?

Machines will take your money and no one will help you. And it cost anywhere from $5 - $11 to wash here. Not worth it.

I would like to know what happened to my clothes I had left at this mat due to working later than I had planned, on Sunday, 10/8/2023. I just asked the woman working in there, who I also saw on Sunday, and she couldn't provide me with any information. So, I will be filing police report so we can get those cameras checked. I'm not happy. It was friends of mine belongings too. Laundry is not cheap, on top of having to replace items lost. I hope to be back at this location and my stuff will have reappeared, by later today, Tuesday the 10th. Otherwise, I will have to take action in multiple ways.

Visited 5/7/23 and my son accidentally left some of our clothes and no phone number posted ANYWHERE to call about my things. The phone number that's posted online is a discontinued number. I sent one of my son's that live near the laundromat on Monday( 5/8)to check the dryers for the clothes he said place had been cleaned up, no attendants and all dryers were empty, no clothes or bags of clothes anywhere no phone numbers to contact mgmt. I could only send email to the company and I did. NOTHING. I drove back to laundromat on 5/10 and l left note under office door. Cameras are everywhere and I asked for them to check and see. I hope they have a lost and found but who knows? I haven't heard anything back as of yet. Phone numbers should be posted for customers to be able reach out when things like this happen.

Have varies size washers & dryers..Prices aren't too bad on the washers, most dryers are 1.00 for 24mins each additional quarter gives 6mins. Best times to go is either early in the Morning or late at night. Also does have a Speedway, McDonald's, Rally's, Meijer & Kroger's all in walking distance...

I came in a few weeks ago and did laundry. I put $20 in the change machine and it didn’t give me any quarters or return my money. I called the number on the machine and left a message, no response. I also wrote a statement and put my information on it and slid it under the door like it specified on the change machine and I haven’t heard anything in response. I have called the numbers that show up on google and they say it is disconnected. I plan on reporting them to the better business bureaus. I’ll never do laundry here again and it’s sad because I just moved to the area!

Would not recommend. In the few times I've been here during the day (and night), the facility is filthy, with trash all about the floor as well as the machine tops. The trash cans are always full, as if there's no maintenance, or any staff to begin with. Glancing between the washers, and you can see washer doors are caked over with grime and dirt. Pretty sure I've seen not any staff member yet. I am grateful for the place being VERY peaceful and low traffic, but if the place had a more active staff, then it'd be betterTL;DR, Nah, bruh, choose another one.

I used to go here for years but then I had to stop using this place because they started charging more and more money. Why do that when I can go to another location and pay less and get equal or even better service.

Not a very clean place. Never saw them clean the place. Filth around the seals of the washers.

I put $20 in the machine to get change, and the owner saw me do this. It swallowed my money and gave me no change. The owner told me that even though she saw it happen there was nothing she could do about it. Took down my contact info. It's been a month and NOTHING. I will NEVER go here ever again.
