I was sad to learn she is no longer on Jefferson in the art building. Her voicemail message says she will take custom orders after the first of the year. Since that is what I'm interested in, I don't recall the other information related to any sales between now and then, but that is in the voicemail. She's done work for me before and I was very happy with it.

Sam is the consummate professional. The quality of her work is simply amazing. It doesn't seem to matter if you need something new or something repaired she can always take care of whatever it is. She's never pushy about any selection and is extremely knowledgeable of the product that she has on me. There's simply no better place to go.

Been my jeweler for over 20 years when Sam Vacca had three previous locations in the Oregon District. But her attention to detail and advising her patrons on what is repairable and what is not. Most of all Sam's ethics are above cheating her customer's just to make a buck. Honesty always win out and therefore equate for long lasting customers as well as life long friends. Bobby Allen
