I use to really like this pharmacy, however, the last couple of times I've called in to check on prescriptions for my infant son, the lady who answers the phone (she never states her name) is very rude, short, and unhelpful. She behaves like she is annoyed by the fact that she has to answer the phone, and answer God forbid you ask her any questions - absolutely no help what so ever. People depend on their pharmacies, please do better.

My prescriptions are always filled very quickly, I never have to wait days for things to be ordered. The employees attitudes though are pretty atrocious. Every time I’m in there to pick anything up I feel like I’m just ruining their day and I’m such a bother. It’s been multiple different employees. There was a younger girl that had a very pleasant attitude and the owner or general manager was nice and friendly.

It’s hit or miss at this place, usually get my prescriptions very quickly but 50% of the time the employees are extremely rude, give dirty looks and act like I’m bothering them. There was one woman in particular that made me almost switch pharmacies but they seem to have taken her off of the register. I’m guessing it’s because of complaints

Very good pharmacy! They do their best to make sure you are satisfied with whatever it is you need. Highly recommend this pharmacy they are on top of things. Although sometimes they do get busy but all good businesses should be busy. Great pharmacy!

Fast friendly pharmacy that is locally owned. Since using St Elizabeth pharmacy I stopped using any other pharmacy in town. The pharmacist and owner is very helpful and never seems to mind my thousand questions. Plus it's always nice to support a locally owned business instead of the big stores that only care about making money.
