After somehow screwing up the logic on my phone, I took it to my local T-Mobile store (#2SPC) in Dayton, Ohio. Their Mobile Expert, Sarah Wesley, cheerfully had it fixed in less than five minutes. She also made a couple of new suggestions for how to use the device more smoothly. While I was there, I noticed the other associates were treating their clients nicely as well. Sarah was exceptional however, and I'm really hoping she will still be there the next time I have to go back.

The customer service at this store is atrocious. I have been told to shut up and stop talking, I have been told that even though my phone has insurance I pay for AND is under warranty, I cannot get a replacement. I wouldn't recommend t mobile to anyone because of this store alone. They are horrible

Our experience was excellent. We got a great deal coming off an old sprint plan with new phones and less monthly in cost. We worked with the sales manager and it's my fault I can't remember her name but she was excellent. She was personable but l professional.

Friendly and courteous staff. Very fast and attentive. Was greeted as soon as I walked in through the door. Was very helpful in finding what I needed and explored all options available to find what I was looking for.

Friendly and helpful staff took the time to answer my questions about product compatibility and availability over the phone.The information that was provided beforehand was enough for me to find exactly what I needed and be back to my busy day in very little time at all.

I went in for a sim card issue. The staff there were very nice, knowledgeable, and fast! Didn't try to sell me anything, didn't try to talk me into an upgrade, none of the usual headaches you get while visiting a phone store. Very impressive customer service! 10/10

Fantastic place! Brett & Jennifer were amazing at getting the help I needed to transfer my data to new phone. Can't say enough about Brett & Jennifer. I would definitely recommend them to my friends, family.

Herb was great today. I got a new phone and needed to make sure all my voicemails transferred over because they mean a lot to me. I called before to ask about the esim process and just to safe with my voicemails he assured he would get it done fast and make sure it happened if I came in really quick. He was right! I had a minimal wait time and I was in and out in 15/20 minutes. All the staff was extremely friendly and down to earth. It’s great going into a company where you feel like you’re surrounded by good people. This is the second time I’ve needed to come in for assistance at this location and they’ve been awesome both times. Herb was a great help today and very informative. Thank you to everyone at this store!!

My son has the iPhone 13, just purchased it in April 2022. Out of nowhere his screen went black, we weren’t sure why. Since we purchased it at Best Buy we went back there and spoke with Geek Squad. They looked at it and hooked it up to a laptop to troubleshoot and said it was the motherboard and it would cost $450 to repair it. Uh no..so we went to T-Mobile in Miamisburg and spoke with a very friendly gentleman named Herb. We explained our situation and he suggested we should l go to the Apple store at the Green. We went and a customer service associate tapped both volume buttons and off button for 10 seconds and the screen came back on!!!! Herb THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You saved (a single mother) $450!!!! You are an amazing sales associate!! I hope you get recognition and a raise bc you deserve it! I’m NEVER going to ask Geek Squad for any help with anything ever again!!!!

Went in to get air pod pros. Wanted to buy 2 pair. Stood there for 15 mins while a rep texted. I was never greeted or checked in. Then she checked in someone else who walked in so I left. $600 in accessories out the door. I'll drive to tri county before going back there.
