I absolutely love this store.. the employees are always welcoming and inviting when I come in. The store is always clean aside from the occasional coffee spill here and there. If they don’t have something I need the manager makes sure to let me know they’ll have it in as soon they get their next truck.. It feels good having a store close to home that makes you feel like family. I love all the changes the new manager has made she’s doing a great job as well as the employees!

I worked here and an employee and I got into an altercation instead of them letting me know I was let go they just stopped answering my calls and stopped putting me on the schedule very unprofessional !!! The manager is a joke she has no backbone and lets the employees run all over her then takes her anger out on customers! The food they cook is always bad , and never labeled in the cooler or freezer and they have mice DONT EAT HERE !!

The last couple times that I have been to this Speedway on Wilmington, Pike, and Feedwire. I have purchased a $4.69 Red Bull and each time it has been warm we spend this much money in a can energy drink for them to be warm. It will be my last time stopping to get a Red Bull at the store. I am pleased for your concern and timely response but what more can I say it is concerning to me too because I enjoy stopping at Speedway is it they turn temperature up because they have to go in there and work and it may be too cold for them? If you were check, the the can is cool, but the contents is not.

Well I gave this a one and even that is too high of a rating. The men's bathroom in this speedway was absolutely filthy. The sink hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. I think it was white but you'd never know by its appearance. There is no way you would sit down on this toilet. I just don't get it. Speedways and this applies to far too many of them are in this kind of condition. They really need to kick it up a notch across their enterprise.

3rd shift is terrible very rude I felt like a bothersome and not a paying customer the guy working made me feel belittled and had a attitude with me being a person to work in customer service I would never treat someone like that and it's very unprofessional I had to click one star to give this review but I wanted to give no stars

Don't know the guys name, but the older guy, probably mid-50s, who works 3rd shift, is actually one of the worst employees to exist on planet Earth. This guy defines what it means to be completely incompetent. Doesn't greet you walking in, treats his job like everyone coming in is a nuisance, and is absolutely ZERO help at all. He is one of the rudest human beings I have ever interacted with. The fact that he has a job in any kind of customer service field blows my mind after that interaction. This guy deserves to be fired at all costs. Literally threw a fit after I tried to see if I could use a gift card that I had from Speedway. Absolute joke of a person and employee.

Went to the store the lot look horrible trash all over the place got coffee sticky stuff all over the counters no lids for pop no breakfast sandwiches no cook somebody should also be trained to do that manager's? I don't go in there very offened I would go somewhere else just for cleanliness

I work 3rd shift, every time I come in here, fro headed kid is hiding in back, or gluded to his phone, past 3 months every night dam coffee and Cappuccino machines are tore apart so can get anything, rather just sit on his phone, can't take 10 mins change & clean, should hire someone who cares for night shift here

I have tried to stop in here for road snacks as its right by the 675 on ramp and i go to cincinnati alot. It doesnt matter what time it is during the day, there is NEVER any hot sandwiches, pizza slices etc, except for some hot dogs i swear was on the roller the last time i tried to get something. Also, they are never stocked up on Monsters, 20 oz. anything. Solution: go else where.
