The GM there is awesome. I have a severe walking handicap so she doesn't even let me carry my stuff back to my car. Then she pumps my gas for me. She's the definition of knowing her customers and knowing what needs to be done for the safety of her customers. I realize that it's not always possible to do this. But it doesn't matter what the price of a gallon, I will continue going there when I need gas. Even though there are closer stations that may be lower in price. I've been to a lot of other Soeedways and BP"s and I never receive that kind of treatment. More places should be that concerned about their customers. I know they don't get that many persons with the great difficulty walking like me. I could only hope to get this type of concerned treatment at any other gas station. I hope that Speedway upper management reads this, and give her appropriate reward for her concerns and knowledge of her customer base. And sometimes self service doesn't mean ignoring the obvious about her regular customers.
