Jamie the customer service manager, who’s been with speedway for 38 years, is flat out disrespectful and needs customer service training. So does his constituent Dana. I need a call back from Anthony Kennedy or Tim Rupp on the case number 2190982. Speedway ordered security device that had a blue and white light flashing in my bedroom windows for two nights. The device is remote accessible and could have been fixed with one call to LVT the security device company. The fact that I was told to ruin my home by putting nails in historic wood to stop the lights from coming into my window is flat out preposterous. They could have fixed this with one call. Now Jamie is threatening me with calling the police for harassment. When I only called him due to a voicemail he left me to call him back. So now I’ve lost two nights sleep, and am being threatened of my freedom. This needs resolved! Training from the top down needs to be implemented on customer relations in a residential neighborhood, customer resolutions and quite frankly if Jamie is the boss (as he says) no wonder your customer service is this poor from the ground level to the headquarters call center. Ps. Jamie the female in the call center and Milli are both exceptional, they could handle an issue like humans are involved.

Sounds like lots of much drama at this location. the employee Josh sleeps with people while there and a lot of the staff seem in a bad mood when you walk in.

Clean little building and they have a good selection but the cashier Josh has a foul mouth and unprofessional. One encounter we could hear him referring to women by the B-word and he’s always complaining

Nice and close to the road very clean and friendly gas prices about the same as anywhere else and cold coke cans and got sandwiches and convenient

Be careful they like to double charge your card and make you wait 5 says to give it back. Use cash or you may be waiting get your money.

Usually dirty, people park at the door or at a pump when thier not using it, won't park in parking spots!!

Nicest employee ever!!! I was almost out of gas on my way to pick up paycheck...right now I kinda am living week to week. I couldn't remember the amount left on my debit as it was not much and asked the gentleman to do half cash .. rest on card. Transaction failed. Instead of moaning and complaing this gentleman actually paid for my gas as I walked away crying in gratitude. The world needs more people like him!!! Excellent customer service!!! YOU HIRED THE RIGHT KIND OF PEOPLE!!!
