Corbin, assistant store manager deserves a 5 star. Ashley the store manager and Ashleigh N. the Area Manager deserve negative stars. The customer service headquarters hotline also negative stars. The store has a security device put into the parking lot, that loudly told people “you are being videoed” so loud I could hear it through my walls, a better part of 40 yards away from the store. Not only was the speaker an issue but the device had a very bright blue and white light that flashed constantly in my homes windows and my neighbors. Upon calling the store, I am told by an unnamed woman “Mama I am busy, I don’t know what you’re talking about and can’t help you” then I was hung up on. I called back asked for the manger, told the same thing by that unnamed key holder/ closer for the evening. They continue to tell me the store manage “Ashley” can’t take calls past 9pm and there is nothing they’ll do to help me, mainly cause they were busy and apparently told by there store manager to fend for themselves after 9pm, when the store is opened until midnight. Next day Ashley store manager is there, I’ve got a bit of an attitude, she counters with a bigger one. Mind you I’ve been up all night to a voice saying it’s recording me every half hour and blue/white lights in my face all night. Ashley store manger acts like she cares and then gate keeps her Area manager Ashleigh N. Ashleigh N. never bothered to call me nor did she bother to call the security device company to ok the light being shut of during curfews hours. Speedway/711 could care less about the communities or the residents near them. I called LVT the security device, worked with people who had brains and respect and got it worked out. All either Ashley had to do was make two phone calls, one back to me and the other to LVT. Ridiculous, disrespectful, gross display of customer service, as well as training each other. Ashleigh N, shouldn’t be leading anyone, Ashley store manger needs customer service training and she shouldn’t be leading poor Corbin with that lack or integrity, poor customer service skills and certainly shouldn’t manage a whole store, if she not able to resolve after your problems. This is also a Speedway/711 company wide issue, from top down. Dana in the customer resolution departed also needs customer service training. She was about the worse resolution person, I’ve ever spoken to or known about. I’ve reached out to her boss who is on an under determined medical leave….convenient, yet I hope he heals well. Speedway/711 is the main culprit for a lot of the crime, trash and noise disturbances in our immediate neighborhood and then to be treated this way for their own security is beyond maddening.

Someone always overdoses in the parking lot. They claim to be 24hrs, but are closed 11pm-5am. Out of all the speedway this one really is the biggest joke. How and why corporate keeps it open is mind blowing

This speedway needs so much help per training, customer service, management, food safety, and more! The biggest concern I see being serv safe certified with the county at level 2 is the amount of mold and black mold in the food cases there are gnats/flies on the dounts and in the donut case never cleaned out! There is so much black mold and mold on and in the drink machines its horrific to me to see that they get away with this and this could kill people! You don't know who works there and who don't! People out front aa older man fall over and stumble while taking out trash appears to be completely intoxicated while working. It's says open 24 hours per company but there is a typed note on the door saying now they close at midnight? You can never tell who works here and who doesn't work here. Bums always out front doing drugs and asking everyone for money the manager Ashley doesn't know how to manage a business at all it's sad that is who you have represent your company wow! Why hasn't nothing been done to ensure we the paying customers have the top priority and we can definitely tell we are not on the list of concerns with this company!

Too many illiterate bootheads come in with book bags to steal, so 20-something year old dudes aren’t supposed to walk in with book bags either, even if they don’t steal. Read the signs.No coffee on tap when you come there for it. Area getting even more ghetto. Noseblind tards. I feel sorry for the staff.
