Long wait. The rep cancelled the wrong box so when I got home, our main TV was not working. Had to spend an hour and a half on the phone to get it fixed.

worst internet service ever. you can be sitting right next to the router and modem and the wifi still won’t connect to a single device. there isn’t a gigantic range in my 2 bedroom apartment but you can’t get a decent wifi signal anywhere. we run our cell phones on data bc your wifi is useless unless i pay to upgrade it to be able to rUn FaSteR when it doesn’t even run in the first place.

Notbenough people to take of eople in the store. Lastvnight only 3 employees and 30 names on waiting list. Came back next day with 4 employees and 15 names on list. Sitting in store for over30 minutes last night and ldft when the list didn't get shorter. Spending close to an hour tiday waiting on service. This is ridiculous trying to get help

This particular location is very slow. I watched three associates take one hour to finish with one customer. The only thing I needed to do was turn in their equipment, which most other companies have figured out how to handle in a timely manner

We upgraded our modem and router so we had to return our old equipment to the store per Spectrums instructions. It took over 40 minutes for someone to literally take a box out of my hands. Much like Spectrum internet, their employees only work sometimes and when they do, it’s much slower than expected.
