Went to pick up my equipment like I was told it'd be there and it wasn't and they offered to downgrade me and send me the right equipment later..not what was promised. The elderly lady named Pat who assisted me was very rude, said the ppl on the phone don't know what the stores have in stock and just send ppl places a hour away to waste their time.

Spectrum pricing is outrageous and unaffordable. I switched to another provider and have been getting impeccable customer service and great internet value for less money.

The people at the store are great and the in store customer service is great but Spectrum as a company hasn't been great for our household. Over the phone and online services have been so ? awful.

Will not let us cancel our internet, I do understand it’s their job they gotta push a bit but we kept saying we didn’t want it and they wouldn’t listen, ended up hanging up

Ben made this experience extremely quick and painless. I thought we'd easily be there to set up internet service for over half an hour, but we were in and out! He wasn't pushy but did offer us a promotional phone line. 10/10 would recommend Ben!

I would put less stars if possible. Over the phone Customer service is terrible and pushy when trying to make sales. I practically had to beg to cancel my service. "customer care team member" argued with me on the best deal I had to repeatedly tell him I wanted to cancel it. Will not use them again. Id rather not have Internet than have to deal with them again. Would give 0 starts if possible
