Brendan the salesman was very knowledgeable about the beds. He wasn't pushy to get me to buy anything. Hope he keeps working there. I should mention for the last year if I laid down on my old bed it felt like my spine was trying to get out of my body. But it didn't when I laid on the sleep number bed.

Love my bed, sales representative was really rude. His name was Edward. My fiancé and I had decided to buy a bed but told him we weren’t interested in the pillows he added to our sale. He told us not to worry because they had a return policy of some sort and left them there. Then when trying to run our credit and asking for an address from me, as I was attempting to explain my situation, he gave me “quiet down hands.” Literally looked at me and signaled for me to be quiet. I am a 25 year old woman, I was not being loud, and we were the only customers in the store. I asked him if he thought I was being too loud and he just shook his head yes and I refused to speak to him for the rest of the appointment. He continued to speak to my fiancé and then attempted to bring me back into the conversation by asking if I was excited about my new bed and I wouldn’t acknowledge him. My only regret is that we didn’t ask for another sales representative after this happened.

I actually own 2 sleep number beds. I had an original one that didn't raise up.Then I bought one that raises at the knees, back etc. I love it. My husband and I both have physical problems that cause us extreme pain and this bed has helped relieve some of the pain.If I had the money to buy a couple more beds, I would get them for my kids. I would hope starting early with a superior bed might help not having too many physical problems like us. (I played varsity sports and my husband retired navy) each of us got messed up doing what we loved but we are paying the price now and believe me, we wouldn't change a thing except our bed.

We had a bed delivered a few weeks ago after a whole home renovation. The installer was using an unsafe knife, cut his hand and dripped blood on the new carpet in our bedroom and down the hallway. We had to bandage him up and he went to the ER. Called the store was redirected to three different numbers, bounced around from one person to another. Finally got a verbal commit from a Sleep Number claims rep to replace the carpet, was requested to just provide the quote and they would send me a check. Just had the carpet replaced and now Sleep Number become unresponsive to email and phone calls. I'm left with the cost of replacing the carpet. Maybe a quality product, but questionable install service quality and a commitment to protecting their customers and respecting their property.

Hands down one of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long time.Listen, let’s be real, if you are looking to buy a Sleep Number bed you are probably aware that it has a bit of a price tag. For me, the higher the price the more customer service I have hoping to see. That is what we experienced with our purchase today.We were lucky enough to have Ed as our sleep expert. From start to finish the entire experience was outstanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy one item. Ed worked with us to educate us on how important it is to have a truly great nights sleep.He helped us find our sleep number, as well as, allowed us to make the decisions. He did not force us to buy something we didn’t want. Rather he provided options for us to try and buy what felt right to us.The financing process was simple as well. Ed was very specific in laying out what the financing options were as well as helping us understand what our options were before we moved forward with the application. Extremely easy and was on our way to purchasing shortly after the application.I can truly say that this is our first Sleep Number bed, and because of Ed it will most defiantly not be our last.
