“I Google mapped UPS stores in Dayton and found this one. I needed to send 4 mugs I won before my flight. The man serving me was super nice and professional. I left the mugs for him to wrap and was on my way.The mugs made it to my home exactly when he said. There was a big "Fragile" sticker on the box. As I unwrapped the box, I saw how well wrapped the mugs were. Beautiful job. If I lived in the Dayton area, they would be my go-to for shipping!”

“I’ve been dropping shmts here for years, personal and business. I must be very fortunate because I’ve never had to wait. As a matter of fact I actually had the lady meet me outside and help me carry in large boxes or load the cart. I can honestly say I’ve never had a rude person wait on me once! And our regulars for pickup and delivery at work were also great. Unfortunately after Jerry left us we had one that we just killed with kindness because he acted like he hated the world! But all the others were really nice and patient. Thanks!”

“The review of Melissa Shelton is exaggerated. She made her reservation online but did not read all of the instructions. The cost for an in-town rental is less than a one-way rental in most cases and especially when the vehicle is being taken to a location close to the dispatching location. She did not read all of the instructions when she was making the reservation and she had indeed scheduled for an intown rental. She even mentioned, at our counter, the cost of the rental that she had scheduled, and it was the in-town cost. This happens frequently as people do not read all of the directions but just hit buttons. Miss Shelton was under a lot of stress as she was getting married the next day and we understand that this is a stressful time. Our agent was only trying to inform her that the reservation was submitted by Miss Shelton as an in-town rental, that she could not take the vehicle that she had reserved one-way it had to be returned to this location and that there were no one-way vehicles available at this location for that day. It is unfortunate that Miss Shelton felt that she was treated so poorly. We hope her wedding was a perfect day.”

“On 3/11/23 I arrived 5 minutes before closing. The only employee in the stoor still helped me with shipping my package and printing my label from a return email I was having issues with. He was professional and kind to my and my two year old daughter, even after he had to stay late to help us. Our experience was great and he really made our life a whole lot easier.”

“Came out DHL a little after 9 am this morning, Nov1st to pick up an urgent packaged document from the UK. The lady with the red hair in Dayton was so nice and helpful in getting the package for me so that I didn’t have to wait until Monday, November 4th for delivery. Thank you DHL!!!”

“I won't discount the negative experiences that others have had with this delivery service. But fortunately for me, my package just arrived in great condition in my area of Ohio. They delivered my package without incident. It was placed on my front porch and was immediately updated as delivered, which is how I knew it was there. Every update was accurate and it even came a little earlier.I feel so bad for everyone that has had to take a loss for the either the negligent, or out right disrespectful and unprofessional handling of their property. Yeah, it's their property, they paid for it. And some of compensation should afforded to them.”
