The cashiers have been very rude as of my recent trips. I have just said hello and have been met with huffing and puffing like I am and inconvenience. They also say they do not accept the similac vendor checks. Today 2 women working were rude when I tried to give one at checkout when I didn't understand( I have used these at this club before with no issues). They honestly made me feel less than for even trying to hand them one. I looked this info up on the sams corporate website and it states they do take them. I will not be returning to this club.

I typically enjoy this location, but customer service can vary. On 3/13/25 around 4:30 PM, the woman working in the café had both an unpleasant attitude and an unkempt appearance. Despite this experience, I'm giving the store 4 stars because I don't take such matters personally, especially when the person seems genuinely unhappy.

It's OK. The location in Centerville has a larger variety. I buy Peets dark roast coffee (k cups) and it's sold at Centerville.

So many things to choose from. Clothes, furniture, food, alcohol, TVs, and so much more. Don’t forget the $5 rotisserie chicken!

Extremely poor service!!! Do not use pick up at this location. I waited for my order for over 50 minutes, and when I went inside (for my order of THREE items) they were dismissive and rude. One of the employees (Yuzu or something similar) in particular pretty much walked away when I asked what was going on. Being short staffed is no reason to be rude. If they were running behind they could have called or sent an email instead of saying that the order would be out in 5-10 minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only reason I did not return my items is because I used a gift card. I will NOT be returning to this location, and I certainly wont use the pick up option from any Sam’s Club location after this.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR TIRE & BATTERY. This is the worst Sam’s club I’ve ever been in. I work a few blocks away from this location and had the day off work and decided to get tires. Worst mistake! I now have to take time off work and take my vehicle to another Sam’s location for them to fix what should have been fixed at the miller lane location. I called the tire department and spoke with Tim who stated he was a manager, but come to find out they don’t have a manager by the name of Tim in that department, so it was someone NOT caring about my problem and only wanted to get me off the phone, so I call the store manager Kyle. He did listen to the problem, but didn’t try to help me or come up with a solution to the problem, instead he stated he had to get off the phone because he had another customer needing his assistance. What kind of manager does that???? I called a different Sam’s club and they are going to fix the problem that miller lane tire & battery should have done.

I gave 4 stars because sometimes the more popular items (fresh) are completely out of stock or close to; otherwise we love the Dayton Sam’s Club location! We placed our first curbside pickup order today and it was a positive experience. The associate who brought out our items was friendly and patient as we had to scoot a few things around to fit the box our items were in. Plus, we got rotisserie chickens for the first time from Sam’s and wow! Super nice birds: large, juicy, delicious, and only $5!

The customer service is a joke. As a member benefit they claim they will fix a flat tire. I picked up something in a tire and came down to get it fixed and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I have purchased tires here for the last 10 years and the service is a joke now a days. I suggest anyone to get a Costco Membership the customer service is 10x what Sam's is.

Absolutely horrible store pick up. Check in and says they will be out in 5-10 minutes. You end up waiting over 30 minutes which is ridiculous. You all really need to fix this issue

I used to love using the pick up option here any because the store is so packed anytime. Over this past year the wait for them to bring out the items gets longer and longer. Tonight I sat here for an hour waiting for my items to be brought out. There have also been several times I've had to take items back because they expired the same day or were already bad. I'll still shop here but wish they would improve in this area.

It's a nice place to shop and most of the employees are nice and helpful. Hard to find any meat that you need.

Do not do pick up at Sam’s Miller Lane!!! Every time I do a pick up order I’m there waiting at least 45 minutes for them to bring the order out!!! Never doing pick up again here!!!!!

This is a shame i no longer have an account woth this store tried to get a new one with this special and cant this store has never offered me anything free and now i find out its only for white people they will take my money but no specials i have been disrespected by this store in the past filed several complaints this time imma leave it alone whites only they dont want blacks in there a cashier called my friend child a monkey i choose to no longer shop here llet the whiteys have iton 10/1124 I purchased one shrimp cocktail tray and salmon entree with dressing. Both were prepared by 8 that night I was on my way to Er where I ended up staying 3 days. I will never buy these things from this store again my kidneys were attacked along with my lungs. And the flight I paid for to Atlanta to attend breast cancer March in honor of my granny. Money all wasted. I can't say I will buy your open food products. Only boxed items for me now. Please don't buy that sushi crab meat anything raw you will be sick or death
