I went today to Sam's Club Cafe and I ordered food, expecting to eat it at the tables. Unfortunately, after I received my food, I realized that all but one of the tables had a card that said 'Do not sit', and the only one without the card had crumbs and grease all over it. The most ridiculous part is that the cafe was still open (6:30 pm), and there were more people looking for a table that ended up eating by my side under the same unsanitary conditions. Very disapointing.

For a Cafe that is extremely cheap due to Sam's club access. I would say this location does everything it is supposed to. The atmosphere and service are not the best, however I am not here for that. Getting cheap good food in a timely manner is good enough for me. The workers are definitely not too friendly however they will do the job quickly.

Sams Club is always well stocked. Tires I brought are terrific. Feels like a brand new car.

The lady that works at the register has a very nasty attitude. My mom tried to buy a whole pizza and the lady rudely said “I’m not giving out any whole pizza’s today”. Last time I checked we’re PAYING customers you’re not giving us anything. She made it sound like she was giving it to us for free. That wasn’t our first time getting a whole pizza from over there, she was there and had an attitude then also. As long she working over there we will not be getting anything. This lady clearly doesn’t like her job or people.

We stop in here when visiting family in Ohio. We've shopped in store, used curbside pick up and today we stopped by the tire center because we needed air in tires. The tire center employees were the nicest, most helpful and the best experience we've had with Sam's Club employees and wanted to give them a shout out! Definitely recommend!

So sad how far down hill this location has fallen with customer service. Rude employees. Most people with a badge can't even assist you with what isle to find things in. The merchandise in several isles is typically a mess. The website says they have what you need. Drive 30 minutes to be told, "we're not in control of the website. If what you're looking for isn't here, it's not my problem.'Don't bother ordering cupcakes from bakery. Ordered 100 cupcakes, a person who sounded 15 years old on the phone called the day of pick up to advise they are unable to fill order. I asked for a manager, who by the way was rude as hell. I asked why they waited until the day of to cancel my order. He said, "we're under staffed, what do you want from us?" What I want is to get what I ordered. I said, well you should call the other clubs in area to see if they can assist you with filling my order. Especially since you're the reason I have cupcakes for our event. He refused and hung up.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MILLER LANE LOCATION. Just rude people.

Normally it's not a bad experience but don't ask the older guy in glasses at Rotisserie a question because he'll ignore you at first then get an attitude with you and act like it's a major inconvenience to ask him a simple question. Last I checked thats what you got paid for.... ?♂️?♂️

USDA Prime and Choice cuts of Beef are excellent ACCEPT the Filet Mignons are not trimmed sufficiently. Very tender and flavorful but include fat and gristle. They should call them Tenderloin Steaks but certainly not filets. They also package them with the best side up so the shoppers can't see the large veins of fat.

I have just talked with Manager Ian,regarding the employee at the fuel station allowing cars to come in, and park, going the wrong direction. He assured me that he would call and instruct the employee to stop patrons from doing this. Presently I am watching this wrong direction continue. Too much confusion by allowing this.
