This company has some of the worst drivers, they don't follow basic driving laws or courtesy. Last week I had to wait through two lights trying to turn right because one of their trucks was blocking the intersection. This morning one was making a right turn, when I had a left turn arrow, and he went so far into my lane I had to swerve to miss being hit.

Would NEVER use this company again. Lost my shipment and has given no answers to resolve. Multiple calls and emails and nothing!!!

Saia is a terrible company to work with. I was supposed to receive 2 boxes of home improvement items on a truck on Wednesday. Saia only put one of the boxes on the truck. The delivery man was helpful and called the dispatch in which they said the other box was located in Cincinnati which is about 40 miles from my location. He said I should receive my missing package no later than Friday and that their dispatch center would call me to set up a delivery time later that day. I ended up having to call them on Thursday and my package was moved to Celina, Ohio which is about 100 miles away from my location. The lady told me it would be delivered today (Friday) between 10-2. I ended up having to take another day off work to wait for a package that never arrived. I ended up calling Saia back and they told me that they don't work on the weekends and the earliest I could get it would be Monday, meaning it would delay the remodeling of my bathroom even more and losing another day of my life to wait on an unreliable company. I called the company who I bought the products though and they called Saia to get better results to no avail. Saia is a terrible company if you are running a project on a time constraint. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! THEY ARE ONLY MAKING IT WORSE.
