Not a good company to work for. My husband was a reliable and dependable employee. Yet,Rush hardly supplied him with a steady flow of jobs. They also unfairly terminated his contract because of false accusations that were unsupported and not investigated. The office employees are unprofessional and I believe the dispatchers play favoritism by supplying only their favorite drivers with steady work.

Beware of Rush Delivery drivers. They are not safe and careful around other peoples vehicles. Their driver wrecked into the back of my vehicle. I had witnesses. The driver denied it. Since it was in a parking lot the police do not get involved. The company lied and said they had video footage that showed he did not hit my car. There was not company camera anywhere that showed the angle where our vehicles made contact. They are not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. They have no integrity.

Ashley is very kind, I loved working for her. However I heard what her office staff said about me while I was their reapplying for a job as an independent Contractor. Definitely would not recommend them as an employer due to what was said about me when they thought the interview room/training room door was closed. The reason I had stopped working for Rush as an independent Contractor last year was due to the day dispatcher He'd yelled at me for getting lost and called me names and said that Rush should have never hired me. I had someone ridding with me that day, a friend who was considering applying to be an independent Contractor as well. The day dispatcher was so disrespectful so many times, that day my friend heard him and I was horribly embarrassed. I should have told Ashley, instead I quit.I heard what he said when I went to reapply, absolutely I would never work with him as my dispatcher again. For that reason I give them one star.
