I absolutely love this hidden gem of a place. I'm so mad I didn't find them sooner. They have such a wide array of selection and make amazing custom pieces too on any budget. I love the customer service and the transparency. No slimy sleazeballs here unlike some of the other jewelry stores I've been to. It is now my go to place in all of northern America for fine jewelry. I'm just so happy with my purchase and the pricing!! Check them out, you won't regret it

Do Not do business here. Jewelry was taken here for appraisal. The man behind the counter said that what was presented was not real gold and not real diamonds and offered $45.00 to purchase. The jewelry was taken to 2 other stores and confirmed it is all real. Either the man at Ross has no idea what he's doing or he's trying to rip people off.

Don is extremely knowledgeable and his pieces aren’t incredible. Me and my spouse are very particular when it comes to jewelry especially gold and diamonds .
