I wish that I had the same experience as everyone else. I order for a local Tattoo shop that relies on specific products to function. I used to use DAYMED Supply, but Roby bought them out. DAYMED was wonderful and I knew that I could always rely on them to have or get whatever supplies I needed. As far as Roby goes, it’s been rocky from day one. There’s been several times they didn’t have one product so they didn’t deliver the rest of the items or even bothering calling to let me know my order wouldn’t be delivered at all, or even let me know that the product is on back order. I placed an order for much needed supplies 8 days ago and still no delivery or phone call. I call them to ask where the order was and I was told that one item was on back order so they just didn’t deliver the other supplies, even though we needed those supplies days ago. They weren’t even kind enough to give me a call to let me know they weren’t delivering the other products. When I spoke with management I didn’t even get an apology for the mishap. Nor Did they call to let me know my items were on back order. He just rushed me off the phone. Needless to say I will not use this company again.
