The pharmacy is never open on time. They wait until my prescription is empty to fill it and then don’t have the medicine so have to order it, and I can’t even pick it up before work. At 8:15 if you go in and ask a store clerk they’ll say the pharmacist comes when he pleases, and they can’t tell you when that will be.
Pick somewhere else for your prescriptions.

I think all right, AIDS need to be shut down. Because I can't get anybody to answer phone. The medicine they gave me was supposed to be for a full year and it expires 4 months after. I got it which could put me in trouble. Cause it's a neppy pin. So they need to fix things or they need to just shut them down. That's my thoughts, they also almost killed my kid when they were younger.

Terrible customer service called multiple times to check and see if prescription was ready They didn’t want to answer phone and when I arrived was told oh your insurance won’t cover it ok well I’m willing to pay out of pocket oh ok well that will take another bit..asked why phone wasn’t being answered was told oh only one person working ok so you don’t answer calls and get frustrated because there’s a line here of multiple frustrated customers over same issue umm ok definitely finding a different pharmacy tomorrow this is no way to run a business and keep it open

This place sucks, the pharmacy is horrible, they are slow and don't care how many people are waiting. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru in 90° weather. decided to go in and waited another 30 minutes for a prescription that was sent 4 hours ago. I will never give this location my business again.

Horrible phone service nobody replies nobody answers nobody calls back. Also, I read through the other reviews and you guys are cute bear one 800 number and seen call Lacin do something why we are calling you don’t you see people are complaining about phone service why don’t you call you guys supposed to call your own pharmacy and let them know that they are not doing good and they supposed to answer the phone calls

The machine needs to quit calling people and telling them they have medicine waiting only to drive to find out they don't. Gas isn't cheap! Stop making us waste it!!!!!

I have been with this particular pharmacy all my life. I, now use this pharmacy for my children as well. I have never had a problem until now. Once was about a year ago when they messed up my son's prescriptions. I just over looked it as to everyone makes mistakes, we learn from them, and i thought maybe they were new. The next incident was today (July 24th 2023), I called to see if my son's and I medications was ready. For almost an hour I called no answer, remind you i called all weekend NO ANSWER. When they answered today finally the pharmacist said hold please and had me on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back to customer service instead of the pharmacy and got the same woman. I thought those department were separate things. She was very unprofessional. She didn't even address her name and refused to give it to me. Nor ask me what my name or my childrens name where. There was a brief awkward silence so i gave her my info finally. She told me none of my medications were ready but they've been ready since that Friday. I asked about my sons medication and only one was filled when all of them where to be filled at the same time or not filled at all. So I asked why they were not filled together and she told me that she did not know and that i had to figure that out myself. She does not comprehend anything that a pharmacist should know, she told me in 15 days the rest would be filled, i told her no they are all to be filled together because the medication only works if you take them together. I asked what the grace period of a medicine to be on the shelf before they put it back (mind you i already know, i just wanted to see what she would say) so i didnt have to come back. She argued with me told me that I should come fill out an application since I know everything. We went back and forth, I hung up called back to speak to some one else or a manager and she answered AGAIN, very unprofessional and said if this is such and such you can no longer use my pharmacy. So I have reported her and the store to the headquarters. They never answer the phone, the coolers are never cold and their customer service skills are absolutely horrible. They shouldn't even get one star. Last weekend I was there for my other son's prescription and they looked at me said neither of us were in the system. They were super slow and no one knew anything. I will be switching to another pharmacy where they actually care about their customers lifes instead of sitting on the butts and collecting a pay check. Some medication literally keeps people alive. They need to clean house and start new. Even with management cause that is where is all starts. I will not be back at all. I also don't need a response either from anyone from this store. You're trash too!

Waited to use men’s restroom, Only to find out it was for employee use only. Main cashier didn’t say a word about it being closed. No sign nothing. Put my items back will never buy from Rite Aid again.
