Did a great job on my oil change and tire rotation, and found out my battery needed to be replaced soon and gave me a option to take care of it or they could take care of it for me, I chose to have them do it . Thank you

We had been looking for a GMC Sierra for about 2 months. We found this truck online and from the first phone call to check availability it was a perfect transaction. Quick and accurate communication with Dan made the purchase easy for us. We absolutely love the truck.

Me, my wife, my daughter, and even our family dog stopped in to look at a used 2017 Z71. Rhett Reichard and I talked on the phone before I stopped in. He was honestly very accurate on his description of the truck. I mean come on its a used car people so yes it's going to have some issue. Surprisingly very little and Rhett was very up front about everything. Being honest I'm the family mechanic and the wife is the negotiator lol. I'm not even the slightest in admitting that. Rhett was polite, respectful, and to be honest negotiated with her very fairly. Then he worked my loan fast, and even got me a good rate with my bank. It's been two weeks and a few updated repairs from me. Truck is awesome and Rhett is getting me a new set of keys/remote, new owners manual. And even a oil change when I come back. Now I'm just enjoying my truck, awaiting a call from Rhett, and probably look for a car for my (new driving - eeehhh) daughter. Awesome family and dealership.

DO NOT BRING YOUR Car Here If I could rate it a zero I would .in regards to the service/repair shop. I've been taking my cars here over the years and it was a pleasant experience. ever since management changed this place went down hill very fast all the good workers quit.For starters it took them several weeks to repair my car and during that time there was no communication at all .I had to initiate it.after picking up my car and paying almost 3000 I had to bring the car right back the next day because it still had the same exact problem .they kept it for six full months with no communication at all .I had to call myself and request for a refund if they can't fix it the manager Scot Evans was very rude and unprofessional he said he would not give me a refund and they would not repair my car .I told him he would pay my money back one way or the other because there was no way I was paying three thousand dollars for a repair that wasn't fixed and then take my car on a tow truck .The manager Scot Evans then claimed he perceived that statement as a threat on his life and told me he was going to inform the owner and police.not once did he suggest talking to the owner about my car concerns but rather was quick to dismiss my concerns make the situation about himself and play victim cl .i got a call from the police shortly after about his claims and also suggesting they tow back my car to my house .this company charged me $600 for just diagnostics .yet they fail to repair my car ..I am going to pursue legal action because this is broad day light robbery .Do not bring your car here unless it's for something easy like an oil change the technicians don't feel bothered to work on anything that will challenge them because they get paid by the hour so why bother after all they will get paid the same hourly fee either way. .read the negative reviews those are the real truth.i can't put everything down here but Scot Evans has no business being a manager or he needs to take management classes bse clearly doesn't know how to deal with the diverse clients .Horrible poor customer service not to mention being put on hold for over ten minutes each time you call them phone disconnects and you repeat the cycle again and again ..bring your car here at your own risk.managerg pog I threatened his life .because I refuse to get scanned and ge

GM'S REP NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE PAINT PROBLEM ON MY TRUCK IT HAB BEEN PROBABLY 8 MONTHS SINCE HE WAS CONTACTED ABOUT IT. I DIDN'T PAY $80,000.00 FOR A TRUCK WITH BAD PAINT. IS GM GOING BACK TO THE 80'S WITH PAINT PROBLEMS

0 because we were in route to MI from FL...The service was super!! We had a malfunction of the diesel exhaust system which wasshutting our truck down. They graciously pulled a tech out to diagnose and get us running again. We were back on the road with our 40 foot 5th wheel trailer in only 1 hr.!!!So very grateful. Thank you guys!!!

Everyone I worked with through the purchase process was great. Eric Heckendorn came in on a Saturday to allow me to do paperwork and pick up my new truck. Dan Heckendorn helped out with communications while Eric was out of the office. Casey McCall in finance was easy to work with as well. Overall it was a great buying experience. Great communication and they delivered on everything they promised. The owner of the dealership (Mr. Reichard) was even in the dealership on Saturday when I picked up my new truck. Great to see that involvement in day to day operations. I would definitely recommend Reichard Buick GMC to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

A quite unexpected experience. As an experienced GMC owner, I knew what I wanted and your dealership had it. I drove to Dayton to see the truck and get it.
