“they could improve by making sure their agents are doing their jobs because of Sean Lightfoot I am homeless Saturday. because he can't read a contract for move in dates etc. I'm losing a foster placement and now have to scramble to find living arrangements for my family. Sean was rude to my agent about the issue even tho this is his error. he just passes the buck. there is little to no help from his superiors either. this has been an issue since Monday and they do nothing about contacting clients until less than 24 hours before they ate supposed to be out of my home. Sean isnt responsive he literally missed every single deadline there was multiple addendums done to mask his incapability to perform even the simplest of his job duties. No company that employs people like this can be trusted. deal with this company and SEAN LIGHTFOOT specifically. very cautiously. as a buyer he will screw you and as a seller he will get you wrapped up in a eviction lawsuit.”
