I attended a gaming convention here in November 2024. The food options were limited, and nothing was hot or fresh. A pretzel that I was served was too hard to bite into, and they wouldn't serve another. Also, there was no outside food allowed, so I was hungry most of the weekend, which detracted from having a good time.
Food issues aside, the convention center is spacious and well laid out. Fix the food issue, and it would be a 4 - or 5-star facility.

Trying to park on the street is a nightmare. $10 to park in the garage. Incredibly long walk from garage to convention center event. At least the walk is indoors.

The con hall is disheveled, the venue staff are overworked and understaffed, and terribly disrespectful. Makes me never want to go back. The head bartender poisoned one of my friends yesterday too. Do not go here if you can avoid it
