This has been our favorite jeweler since they were on Alex Bell. Most of my nice jewelry is from these lovely people, as they treated us like human beings and asked for price range and then gave options without judgement--even back in the day when we couldn't afford a lot. I hadn't been there since we left Dayton 8 years ago, but when I went back today and found their new (smaller) location, nothing had changed in terms of service. Incredibly kind, remembered both me and the piece of jewelry I wanted them to look at. The owner is down to 20 hours a week, but as far as I can tell, this is still the place to go for quality jewelry and excellent service. James Free looks at you with disdain, and really tried to pull one over on me last time (with a watch battery for a Tag!!). Pridgin is a much better choice.
