We were extremely impressed with our PODS experience recently! We moved homes locally and the process was seamless! We were informed by text, email and phone call for each step of process - POD delivery, pickup, transport to new location and final pickup. The drivers were professional and friendly. And the price was very reasonable - so much less than hiring a moving company, truck and driver and we had as long as we wanted to unload the POD. Very happy with PODS and will recommend to everyone!

The delivery driver was surly and did not place the pod with the opening out. Instead, he placed it where we had to walk completely around it in the brush with the ticks. I have pictures. He refused to fix it when it would have taken less than 15 minutes to do it correctly and caused hours of extra work for us. I found no way to leave this information. I was hoping we do not have the same surly driver for our pickup tomorrow or at least, he does not take his bad mood out on us.
Update: the driver that picked up the pod was excellent and could not believe the delivery driver had left it how it was. He was very apologetic.

Trying to have a 16 foot Pod delivered to our home was a nightmare. The driver backed into our driveway and hit a wire connected to our house. The truck the Pod was on leaked oil in our driveway while the driver was on the phone with my husband to let him know he had hit a wire and wouldn’t be able to deliver the Pod. Pods did give us a refund, but the situation put us behind in our move and left us with a hanging wire that Spectrum had to come out to fix. We booked with another company that was able to deliver a 20 foot storage container with zero issues. I highly recommend researching other companies before considering Pods.

Clean containers delivered to home. Great care from drivers to prevent damage. Communication was effective. One CON was after I ordered pods, I was sent an email about packers were available to help if I wanted...Then emails escalated to packers were scheduled. It was a very unpleasant to be sent a disingenuous email from pods. It required my wife calling to receive an explanation. We were assured no packers were hired. False email about packers hired ruined the experience. Pod pickup and charges were accurate
