PNC is a fast food bank with bad customer service. They also practice racism. Closing my account right before checks was issued was malicious and petty. They did not notify me ! I filed a law suit.

This location switched to a single machine with remote bankers via video chat. Their machine was down when I went to deposit a check; nobody could do any banking.

Had a wonderful experience with Shannon all around! She helped me with what I needed and was very patient. The people that work here seem to be very pleasant in general!

I just stopped in to deposit and open a new savings account. I asked to use the restroom and was told no. That portapotty was in the parking lot, but had a screw holding the door closed. I've been with PNC for close to 20 years, but I'm rushing a transaction because I have to pee. I'm on the phone with a competitor right now to move my business. I'm tempted to up the rating to 2 stars because the people were all very friendly I enjoyed them.

Service is professional and the team is helpful. I’ve visited several times over the past few months for various matters and service is consistent!

This is my Third PNC experience in Which it was absolutely unprofessional. They need to have a better training program. Seems they hire the nastiest people to work there. Like the other two branches the teller told me they couldn't help me without asking to see my I.D. or verify anything. I understand that I look Mexican, but I am not. I was trying to put into a savings account instead of the teller helping me she gave me a number to call. I called the number explained to him what I needed & he told me I was correct in going there because he can't help me over the phone...they were supposed to help me. He filed a complaint on my behalf & and suggested I go to the location on Salem Ave.I have made up my mind that the entire PNC corporation is just not for people of color to bank with. Funny thing is this time the person who discriminated against me was an older black lady. Last time (Dixie branch) it was a white woman saying I can't help you (without asking for my I.D or anything)Its not good place overall. Bank with someone else.

Just like any huge corporate entity, they don't care about their customers. I have a mortgage with them for approximately 6 years, and I missed a tax property payment. I paid the payment after the due date, but PNC's payment went through first, so they charged me outrageous fees (claiming that their huge corporation was hurt by having to "loan" me that tax payment). My payment paid forward the. Next 6 month property tax, and I paid the following 6 month property tax. They sent me a check for the overage I paid for property taxes, but refuse to go back to my initial monthly mortgage payments. Now I'm charged interest on money they "think" I need to borrow for taxes every month. MY MORTGAGE IS 60% higher than before they decided I couldn't be trusted to pay my taxes. (Again, payment made a few days after deadline. One time in this property's 14 years of mortgage history.). I called several times asking to have my mortgage brought back to the agreed upon payment, and they gave me a sob story about their organization being hurt by having to pay my property tax once. After 18 months of paying my own taxes before they even got billed, I wrote a letter asking if I could have my taxes withdrawn from their loan. Again, they told me to jump in the lake! Yes this is the epitome of the abusive relationships banks have with clients that practically destroyed our country several years ago. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN AFFORD A 60% INCREASE IN THEIR MORTGAGE???? That's EXACTLY what these guys are "banking" on. Shame on them. GET YOUR MORTGAGE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

This is by far my favorite PNC location. They welcome you with a warm smile and if they know you by name they will even say " Hey Jourdan " or " Hey (insert your name) ". They are quick and do a great job of making sure everything is taken care of, as well as making sure you don't need help with anything else! They are most definitely the BOMB!!! Check them out! -K!NG

I love the ladies that work here! I am glad they installed a walk up atm to cut wait times in half. Going inside is pleasant. I do not have to wait much time at all. I feel safe and appreciated every time I stop in. What more could you want from a bank?
