What kind of bank gets rid of all of their coins? What is even the purpose of this? I know banks are meant to take the money from your customer base and use it to get executives rich, but you can’t even pretend to be helping us anymore? The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful every time I’ve been here.

Had a real estate client recently use PNC bank for a purchase loan on a single family home to be used as a second home. The PNC Mortgage team missed our close of escrow by 8 days. At no point did anyone from PNC explain or apologize for the delay, which injected a significant amount of stress into the transaction for the Seller, the listing agent, the Buyer, and us as buyer's agents. The delay also cost the Buyers a daily fee, paid to the Sellers.

This is the only branch I'll do business with regularly. The staff are extremely friendly and it's in a very convenient location. I've always been able to get in and out in under 5 minutes except for when I was applying for a loan.

I really liked this bank until today smh I arrived at the bank at 4:35 pm stood in line for 15 mins finally the other 2 workers came out to help after only having 1 teller working the front with 1 customer ahead of me, and 1 more person behind me, after finally getting help a worker calls me back, I tell him why I was there and he tells me sorry your too late. Ok i.work 12 hours shifts 7am-7:30pm, i barely even made it today but I called yesterday while on my lunch break and was told yes come in it only takes 15 mins no more than 20, she never said I had to make an apt because it doesn't take long. This guy acted as if it was a long process and they were closing in 10 mins smh I'm pissed he didn't even try to help me.... They didn't have customers in their office, I feel like they should have came to help a long time ago that was not right PNC

Just like any huge corporate entity, they don't care about their customers. I have a mortgage with them for approximately 6 years, and I missed a tax property payment. I paid the payment after the due date, but PNC's payment went through first, so they charged me outrageous fees (claiming that their huge corporation was hurt by having to "loan" me that tax payment). My payment paid forward the. Next 6 month property tax, and I paid the following 6 month property tax. They sent me a check for the overage I paid for property taxes, but refuse to go back to my initial monthly mortgage payments. Now I'm charged interest on money they "think" I need to borrow for taxes every month. MY MORTGAGE IS 60% higher than before they decided I couldn't be trusted to pay my taxes. (Again, payment made a few days after deadline. One time in this property's 14 years of mortgage history.). I called several times asking to have my mortgage brought back to the agreed upon payment, and they gave me a sob story about their organization being hurt by having to pay my property tax once. After 18 months of paying my own taxes before they even got billed, I wrote a letter asking if I could have my taxes withdrawn from their loan. Again, they told me to jump in the lake! Yes this is the epitome of the abusive relationships banks have with clients that practically destroyed our country several years ago. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN AFFORD A 60% INCREASE IN THEIR MORTGAGE???? That's EXACTLY what these guys are "banking" on. Shame on them. GET YOUR MORTGAGE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
