“UPDATE: Update IM EDITING my review because in all honesty it was a miscommunication due to a pharmacy tech (not the owner) and that's not the owners fault that the pharmacy tech and I had a miscommunication And sam is amazing. He is very professional to the point I decided to switch all my my ongoing medications over to st Elizabeth. Going forward I will work with Sam Patel only as he is very professional, polite, and you can tell me is very intelligent. Regardless though I appreciate him reaching out to me and fixing my previous concerns.”

“I typically enjoy this location, but customer service can vary. On 3/13/25 around 4:30 PM, the woman working in the café had both an unpleasant attitude and an unkempt appearance. Despite this experience, I'm giving the store 4 stars because I don't take such matters personally, especially when the person seems genuinely unhappy.”
“I love their fuel center. I do all my grocery shopping at Kroger and if you have a Kroger plus card, you get points anytime when you shop with them and you use those points to save money on gas, which is SO HELPFUL, especially with gas prices being so high at the moment.”

Everyone is a dream to work with helpful, thoughtful, and efficient. Plus they will deliver!”
“They do their absolute best, but you can tell they're overworked and understaffed sometimes. If you can't afford to go anywhere else, they will 100% take care of you, but some of the wait times are very long and they only have so much time for your appointments. I've had some trouble getting in person appointments when I need acute care. I don't blame any staff, they're all great, just too many patients.”

“Apparently there are some really terrible CVSs around my new residence, and I was checking reviews to see which ones I should avoid. Turns out its all of them. Even though this one is no longer across the street I don't plan on switching any time soon.”
“If anyone needs to get HIV testing done, do it here! It is free and just going once gets you in contact with providers who are OPEN ABOUT ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. I left in happy tears just by the experience. Usually I opt for an oral exam from the pharmacy. I'm by myself and being anxious alone for that kind of result sucks. A nurse stayed with me the whole time and talked to me about Prep and other options. He even had someone come in to talk about financials. There is still a huge stigma unfortunately and I've witnessed it firsthand, at other locations. Here I felt safe, welcome, and there was no judgement. Instead of, "What do you want me to do?" It was "How can we help?" With any result, they are there to answer all questions and if they don't know, they don't hesitate to ask colleagues. I was a first time patient so there was paperwork involved but nothing too extensive. Oh and did I mention NO PROOF OF INSURANCE IS NEEDED FOR THE FREE BLOOD TEST! There isn't a catch. Next time you're at MJs or Masque, look for them. They have screenings outside the bars! Take advantage of this ya'll. They'll literally save your mentality and maybe even your life.”

“I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that!Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!”
“Friendly staff fast service does packing for your mad very good service. I had a prescription for one pill bottle finished was ready on Monday evening and was not able to pick it up and Tuesday morning. I get a knock on the door and they delivered that medicine for me without even asking what a wonderful store. I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to you.”
