They took great care of our dog. At Christmas time, they put antlers on her and gave her cookies. They sent a message and picture of her to me, and I was so excited my dog seemed to be having such an awesome time!

I have been taking my dogs to various PetSuites locations since 2005. They never fail to do an excellent job. It’s a refined space so the dogs stay in comfortable town homes or penthouses which are room size with real beds and tv. My dogs always return clean smelling good and safe. I drive very long distances sometimes to drop them there and I’m just grateful for all they do. The dayton location is new to me but great. I would like to mention especially the Indianapolis Fishers location. Those guys are absolutely wonderful.Update 2/2024 I still take my pups there and always a great experience. This is a special shoutout for grooming. I took my pups last week and they came out so clean and pretty. My boy had a red bow and my girl had a lovely valentine themed heart bandanna. They looked adorable, thank you very much.

I've been bringing my three babies (ranging from 50-70 pounds) for at least 3 years now. They know them by name and spoil them every time! I've never had any concerns about how they would be treated, if they were safe, if they would get their meds, etc. One of my pups had to have a major surgery which has made her very nervous. They have never expressed anything but patience and understanding.

My family loves PetSuites! I have two cats who have very different personalities, one is very outgoing and the other quite shy, and the staff always do a fantastic job of adjusting the playtimes to what each cat prefers. And the photo updates are always so cute! (A definite must if you are ever anxious about leaving your pet!) Barley and Ridley will always give great reviews for PetSuites Dayton! :)

We have never had a bad experience here. We have been taking our doggo to PetSuites for probably a little under a year now for both boarding and grooming. He seems like he always has a great time no matter what he is going for. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. I do not think I will ever take my dogs anywhere else.

Feel comfortable when bringing my pup here. Girls are always so sweet and know her by name now. She loves play group with all her friends. 100% recommend.

I’ve brought my dog here for years for boarding and grooming, and they always provide the best service! This past visit, my large, elderly girl tracked in some snow, causing her to slip and splay out. Literally everyone came rushing over to help (even out of the grooming area) — first, dragging over a rug and sliding her onto it, and then giving her all kinds of love and encouragement until she felt okay to stand up. It brought tears to my eyes to see the genuine concern! Then, when I picked her up after her grooming, not only did she look her best, but she was so happy and walked with a strut.It can be nerve wracking when you have to drop off your beloved pet, and before this last visit, I was already impressed with their overall service. However, now I understand just how wonderful the team is and am thankful we can count on them.

Our dog loves this place.He is a big dog a "Great Pyrenees". His first overnight stay he was so happy and tried when we picked him up. He didn't want to leave the other dogs and the people how worked there.They all so have grooming and spa services for you dog.Reasonable prices and friendly staff.Great place I highly recommend!!!
