Staff is always incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make each visit a positive experience.

Top notch customer service and availability of items not found in most chain pet stores; have a cat with severe food allergies and so far there's one kind of food that she can eat without problems; in my area that brand and variety of food is only found at Hollywood feed. Did I mention their amazing customer service?! 🙂
