Call to see about the goldfish because I have catfish that I want goldfish to feed. The lady I talked to has no knowledge on what she's doing and tried to tell me it's a illegal for me to buy goldfish to feed my catfish.

Very dissatisfying. I paid for a order to pick up in a hour at the store. came 2 hours later only for them to not have the items no calls or email stating my order was not available in stock either

Used store pick up option while shopping online. My order was fulfilled accurately except for an item that was not in stock in the color I chose online. I opted to go ahead and substitute a different color and I am satisfied with the product despite the color. Petco was the only local store that I could get this 2 handled leash the same day.

I’m not a pet person or owner was shopping for a customer. Took a while to find what I was looking for and staff didn’t even try to see if I needed help. I eventually went up to one and asked. Nice size store

Drives me crazy that every visit to this store is a 5-10 minute wait upon checkout. Great selection and appearance, but that checkout line is horrendous!

Well stocked, well lit, and clean enough to play with the dog on the floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly to boot. It was an experience worth having if you're in the market for anything pet related
