We got to see Floyd eating duckweed, some awesome showcase tanks and we got to scoop out two of our own fish to take home. Very well kept after fish and a great variety for anyone in the hobby. It was my dogs first time there so she came out sat down with her and really took the time to put my dog at ease. Tina asked lots of questions and made sure she understood what kind of cut & what length. She did a great job! I will absolutely be going back even tho I have several groomers much closer to where I live. Gentle Touch is worth the drive to me!!

1677 Glenwood Way, DaytonPampered Pups is hands down the best groomer I have ever used!! Most groomers shy away from Huskies, especially huskies that have not been groomed recently. Pampered Pups may have taken 20 pounds of fur from each of the girls. Their white fun was somehow whiter than I have ever seen it! I can’t say enough about how good the girls look! We will be telling everyone how amazing you are!!!

My anxious heeler desperately needed a bath before ACL surgery and the tub at home wasn’t an option in his current condition. He refused the steps but the employee was so kind and patient and lifted him in and out of the tub (and he’s a chubby boy!). Their wash system was fast and easy, and the raised tub saved me from hours of back pain. I am so grateful for the help of the employee and we will definitely come back after he’s healed from surgery.

We were recently referred to Maria through our veterinarian when we had taken in a puppy that was in less than ideal living conditions. Due to her leaving her family too soon, she came with some severe behavioral issues. Maria is so incredibly knowledgeable, and from day one of working with her we have seen our puppy unlock skills that we would never have been able to uncover ourselves. She gave us a behavior modification plan, which we’ve been working on at home, and we’ve seen great strides in our puppies behaviors. We also send our puppy to work with Maria twice a week at Maria’s doggie daycare facility and it’s been FANTASTIC for her confidence. She gets to learn the skills of being social with other dogs, while also learning directly from Maria. I feel like Maria has truly helped us save this dogs life. Having two small children ourselves, we were very concerned what the outcome of having this dog could mean if she went into adulthood without correcting these behaviors. Maria has given us peace of mind and the tools to keep our girl as part of the family. I can’t recommend her enough, and we will be forever grateful to her for helping us. Often times dogs are euthanized or passed around when behavioral issues aren’t dealt with early on, so we will be forever grateful for the early intervention we received from Maria and everyone at Frey’s Place!

4901 Linden Ave Suite 1, Daytonupiter was a year and half old when I enrolled him with The Dog Wizard. I chose the board and train option. It's a bit pricey, but well worth the monetary sacrifice. Jordan is truly a dog wizard. Jupiter never was a "Marley" type dog, but he was pretty rough around the edges. I had tried another training group that helped some, but it was not enough and they did not offer "life of dog support." In two week's time Jordan had this Boxer mix puppy practically jumping through hoops to please. It was absolutely an amazing transformation. I highly recommend The Dog Wizard.

We agreed to a Meet and Greet which is where we determine if we can accept a job and if the pets and us are compatible. After discovering that Mr Bishop lived out of our service range we called and let him know and cancelled the Meet and Greet the next day. We put the pets first so taking on jobs too far away takes time away from us giving all the pets the attention they need.

818 Factory Rd, DaytonI popped in here one weekend to hang out and watch some sports. It's a good vibe with tons of space inside, and garage doors/patio for a nicer day. The bartenders were super cool. The beer selection is solid, with good variety. From the ones I tried, I enjoyed the darks more than the lights, but nothing I wouldn't drink again. The 'very sorry' was great -- a lighter dark with a big punch of peanut butter flavor. However, '6 ft below' was pretty much perfect and I didn't expect it to hit like that! The theme for all the beers was interesting and unexpected. The World Piece food truck also hangs out there, and they serve super interesting sandwiches/burgers; me and the folks I was with all really enjoyed the food. I'd happily come back here any day.

We went to give it a try for charity bingo last night and had a great time and even stayed for karaoke after. The bartenders were lovely, drinks were delicious and potent, the crowd was pleasant and welcoming. Just really good vibes all around. And we already love the Pizza Bandit. Yellow Cab is a gem and we will be back!!
