My 10 month old kitten shoot was not acting right and he was drooling I can't my old vet but they couldn't see him for 6 weeks even though I been going to the vet for years with my older cats but shoot was adopted so they considered him a new patient.I knew i could wait called another vet that i knew of said 4 weeks .I was about in tears at this point .I then called paws inn that listen and told me to him right in . Once there they took a look and even throw the news is not great he will be ok even if the the road could be long . Paws Inn I will say has friendly service, great pricing, seems truthful. I will say though that they are missing somethings that are needed to figure out more complex diagnoses so you may have to go somewhere else for that. They also may not have emergency availability and won't squeeze you in.The veterinarian would always answer my emails when written. My Chihuahua that just died at an old age, unfortunately suffered brain damage or some kind of cognitive issue after a dental surgery here in 2021; possibly due to them keeping her under too long or something else. She went in a normal but came out a "lobotomized patient". Always being considered dementia there, however, her symptoms didn't start until I brought her home that day from surgery. She went in a typical Chihuahua but came out not responding to her name, blank stares, walking around the house without a purpose, completely stopped barking until months after and only when she was anxious. I will not go back here in the future but there are plenty of vets around here I wouldn't go to either.

Highly, highly recommend. Called morning of when the other vet cancelled my appointment last minute. Got to my appt early, they saw me early. Vet was great and very personable. Facility was spotless. Work with a lot of vets and this is the best experience I’ve had at one in a while.

I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 only because they were so great for our puppy's first visit. We thought they were so great that we recommended my mother-in-law take her puppy (who was from our puppy's litter) for his first visit as well.He was scheduled for his first visit today that required a $30 deposit when the appointment was scheduled, which is understandable.Unfortunately last night he was in a car accident that I do want to point out my mother-in-law was NOT involved in, and he had to be put down due to the severe injuries. She called them this morning to let them know what happen and she was told that they already received the report. She asked about the $30 deposit and was told that it could only be credited in her account for when she needs it next time. Next time?! She just lost her 11 week old puppy, what makes you think she's going to have another pet any time soon if at all?I called Paws Inn after I heard about that and insisted she get her money back. After everything she went through last night, the least you could've done is give her her money back without having me call. I get the office can be busy and have a lot going on but that shouldn't keep you from showing sympathy to someone who lost such an adorable young puppy. After we got that taken care of, we canceled our puppy's next appointment and are going to find a different vet. We don't trust place that can be so insensitive to take care of our puppy.

I’ve taken my two large dogs here for boarding 2 times in the past year and have had wonderful service from the staff - they even gave my dogs a kennel bath (no additional charge) before sending them back to me! I highly recommend Paws Inn for your pet boarding needs!

The friendliest staff and team! Everyone takes the time to make you and your pet comfortable, answering any and all questions with kindness and professionalism. This is the only place I will be taking my dogs going forward!

This was my first time visiting Paws Inn and everybody on staff was super friendly. They all seem to genuinely care about the animals they care for. The vet tech and veterinarian asked lots of questions to get as much information as possible about why my kitten was being seen. They took time answering all of my questions and didn't make me feel rushed in any way. Best of all, I really appreciate the way they handled the kitten!

The staff are wonderful. The care is fantastic. Our kitties might not love it, but we do.

This is our Nikki's (female doberman pinscher) home away from home. We don't have any worries about leaving her in their care for boarding. The staff is wonderful, front desk & in the kennel.

Just like every other vet - they'll say and do what they need to get as much money from you as possible. But the prices are reasonable.Making me schedule unnecessary appointments. We have a home in Ohio and Texas and go back and forth a lot. I got the past couple months worth of heartgard in TX and they're making me bring both dogs in for testing because I didn't refill with them every month. I can't prove I've been giving them heartgard because we've had it - I found it at our TX house. It upset me that they denied the heartgard refill and called me and made me feel like I don't take proper care of my dogs when I love my dogs more than life itself.

Dr Mendenhall and the staff at Paws Inn were so compassionate during our families loss. Rocco was our family pup, 13 wonderful years we had with him before his arthritis and age caught up to him. They made sure Rocco was comfortable and made sure our family had the support, privacy and assistance we needed during this very hard time. Thank you to everyone who gives their time and hearts to us and our fur babies, you’re so appreciated. ?? ?

I booked my dog for boarding over the Thanksgiving holiday. No one told me the check in time and it wasn't listed on their website. When I and another customer arrived at opening; we were told that check in was not until 10....and if we wanted to leave our pets there would be a surcharge. I was stuck since I had nothing else booked and was going out of town. I was told, "Bring whatever makes your dog comfortable". Then all my treats were deemed unacceptable and his bowls also unacceptable. His food was not refrigerated and was spoiled when I picked him up. The "free" bath that was promised was not given because "he didn't want to be picked up". He gets bathed regularly and no issues around that at his groomer. I couldn't get any feedback on his stay because the front desk person didn't work over the holiday and "didn't hear that he was bad, so I assume he was fine". Wow. This was not an experience I ever want to repeat.

Reserved boarding for my dog over Memorial Day weekend. I called a week or so later to confirm, which she was able to pull up and I also asked to drop off Thursday instead of Friday. When I showed up that morning they had no record of my reservation and also said they could not accept him as he wasn’t neutered. Even though their worker confirmed my reservation a week prior. Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen. I didn’t know at the time but when I got home I found the voicemail from Makaylah(sorry for spelling) on may 18th at 12:20pm also confirming my reservation and also stating they will accept him this time for not being neutered and that this would be a one time only exception . This caused me to reschedule a vacation. Get it figured out paws inn
