We've used Paws Inn as our vet ever since moving here 30 years ago. We've always gotten competent, loving and considerate care of all our pets! If they're unable to provide a certain test or procedure, they refer us to another highly competent vet in the area. We will continue to take our pets here til the day we move (or die!) LOL! Book with confidence! You won't be disappointed!

The best veterinarian clinic around. Fair prices with great staff that give exceptional care to pets. I've taken my cat's there for almost 10 years and have never had a problem.

Great experience with Dr Croskey, and the staff are wonderful. Recently rescued a 1 y/o Frenchie from GA. Paws Inn was highly recommended! I will be taking my almost 8 y/o Boxer there now as well!

We are co owners of some cats with another family member. My family member had been going to Paws Inn for years and always had a good experience. However, he's noticed changes recently in the staff and we had a horrible experience (see below) that caused us to pull the cats from their care and switch to Twin Maples where we have been much happier.
One of our cats was sick and we took them in to be checked. Two family members went to the appointment and were in the room as the vet drew blood for blood work. The cat was very calm and the vet complimented how well he did. The blood work came back "normal" according to the vet. We noticed some things that were out of range on the bloodwork and the vet blew it off. They sent us meds and said it was likely nothing to worry about. A couple days later, our cat declined rapidly, and we took him into Medvet. They said unfortunately it was too late and he had to be put down. When we showed them the blood work from Paws Inn they said that the blood work was abnormal, and they should have then done more detailed blood work, especially given the symptoms. When we called Paws Inn about it they told us they couldn't do more blood work at the time we had brought him in, because our cat was "misbehaving during the blood draw and they couldn't get enough blood". Even though we were there and saw this was absolutely not true. We asked to speak to the vet and were told we would be charged a consultation fee to speak to them. When we told them the cat had to be put down they didn’t give us any sympathy, which shocked us.
I don't know if our cat could have been saved had we gone somewhere else instead of Paws Inn, but I do know that they lied to us and didn't do what they could to try to diagnose the problem.

Paws Inn I will say has friendly service, great pricing, seems truthful. I will say though that they are missing somethings that are needed to figure out more complex diagnoses so you may have to go somewhere else for that. They also may not have emergency availability and won't squeeze you in.The veterinarian would always answer my emails when written. My Chihuahua that just died at an old age, unfortunately suffered brain damage or some kind of cognitive issue after a dental surgery here in 2021; possibly due to them keeping her under too long or something else. She went in a normal but came out a "lobotomized patient". Always being considered dementia there, however, her symptoms didn't start until I brought her home that day from surgery. She went in a typical Chihuahua but came out not responding to her name, blank stares, walking around the house without a purpose, completely stopped barking until months after and only when she was anxious. I will not go back here in the future but there are plenty of vets around here I wouldn't go to either.
