Fantastic place for kids to get their strength on! Mark is fantastic and supports the personal goals of each individual he works with. If you are looking to get stronger or for a place for your kid to work out you should give this new locally owned small business a shot.

My whole family went to Paideuo Power and Agility and trained under Mark. Mark helped my boys not only become stronger and quicker but helped them find faith in themselves! Under Mark my 9 year old got first place for his age division at the NASA powerlifting event. Under Mark my 8 year old gain so much more power and speed that this year in football he exceeded beyond what we had ever expected. Last season he was a bench warmer and this season the quarterback. There is no doubt that by working with Mark he gained the strength, agility, and confidence in himself! Mark trains with passion and heart!
