THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE ON THE PLANET! Wade had the worst attitude acted like he hated his job and was very visibly frustrated because HE couldn't figure out how to install the brand new windshield wipers we purchased at this store. The way he spoke to us was condescending and rude. We will NEVER come back to this location again.

Since leaving my shop 5 tears ago in New York I've still had my private company for 30 years. Now basiclly retired due to an injury, but I'm still a Master Auto Tech for so many years, I can be pretty critical of parts people. These guys rate highly with me. Always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and if they don't have it, they get in within hours. Good place to get your parts.

Mike was helpful and understanding. He listened to what I had to say on the phone and helped me. I believe his name is Chris he was rude and disrespectful. Since Mike was Awesome I gave 2 stars otherwise it would have been zero.

Was my go to store for 10 years. Then was treated like trash and called a liar by 2 employees. They Would not honor warranty.Called corporate with no response? Must be in their culture. I would not recommend shopping there.Will spread the word in my circle.
