“2024 update - I took my Sunseeker RV back to Tim's shop for my annual oil change, and there was a squirrel hidden under the hood squeaking his head off. The mechanic was able to locate it by removing the battery and shelf, and blew air around the engine, runn8ng off the squirrel. These guys are tremendous and I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs,
UPDATE - After checking around, I got the recommendation to take my RV to Muffler Brothers on Wayne Ave. in Dayton. They have an RV bay and can service up to 40 foot length vehicles. I took it in after talking to the owner, Tim Sr. His son, Tim Jr. did the common sense thing; he inflated the air bags to 70 PSI, then checked them 4 hours later, then again after sitting all night. Eureka! They held pressure all night! Tim called the next day and told me I could pick it up whenever I was ready - NO CHARGE! I was amazed!
I said I would gladly pay something for the time he spent, but he said it was no problem, an easy job. They were so courteous and competent .
So please, if you want good, competent , HONEST work done on your RV, please give Tim a call at Muffler Brothers on Wayne Ave. You'll be glad you did!!”

“I like this place. They offer scheduled appointments and do the work in a timely manner. Most importantly for me - the balancing work they do is good. So many tire places slop through balancing. I just can't stand the vibration of a poorly balanced car. I won't even set foot in a discount tire after many balancing jobs gone wrong. This place does it right. “Original review - 1 star: To begin, I believe the quality of service was good and met my expectations. What did not meet my expectations was the lack of transparency with the pricing. My diesel oil change and fuel filter service cost was nearly $160 more than the estimate I was given for the services. I have purchased several trucks and thousands of dollars of service from Germain Ford but If this is the way I will be treated by this dealership then I will never return.Update - 4 stars: Germain reached out to me and told me that they had indeed overcharged me due to a "glitch" in the system. They not only credited the overcharge back to me but also gave me reward points for the aggravation. I don't know how the overcharge happened but they made it right this time, so I'm changing my rating.”

“Ok, they are very understaffed in the tire center. No excuse, that's on management. But, the service is good! JJ is 5 ⭐'s. He really cares about customers and his work. It is a shame he is being asked to do too much-the work of probably 3 people. So, if you go, the wait will most likely be long, plan accordingly, but the service was great. I brought in my own new tires and had them installed. Should have taken 1.5 hrs, took 3. Again, not the employees fault, but it is the reason for 4 starts instead of 5.”
