“Customers are so entitled it’s disgusting. The way they treat the workers I’m surprised people still work there. People complain about waiting for print well don’t decide last minute you need something printed for an event. People don’t understand how hard it is to get things into the system and then on top of it print it off. You think it’s so easy get back there and help them. You need stuff printed order it online so you have a set date and have understanding that there’s orders BEFORE YOU. They should not have same day orders simply due to the face that they have online orders to do a that queue gets orders in all night and day long. THERE IS MORE THAN YOU ORDERING PRINT. everywhere is understaffed. But you need to thank corporate for the understaffed part. They don’t give out enough hours for enough employees to be there. Also getting loud or yelling and cussing at the employees will not get your order done any faster. They need to have a policy where if someone starts getting loud with the employees they should instantly kick them out.”
