Seemed like I found something for a good price online, and they advertised free shipping! Then, I got to check out, and it removed the free shipping. How frustrating. Didn't end up buying the product.

I went shopping on behalf of my friend battling cancer. We were looking for a stylish bag to help the drainage bags not feel so cumbersome. Laura, the store manager, couldn’t have been more helpful or patient with me while I had my friend on FaceTime to choose a pattern that would fit her style and personality! Laura tried on bags to see where they fit because my friend is the same height. She brought out so many options and was so helpful that we both didn’t realize that is was after closing. I am amazed by the customer service that I received while helping my friend to feel pretty with a new bag!

Super friendly and helpful staff, I came in soaked from the rain and the ladies there brought me paper towels to dry off. They continued to give me friendly and great service as I shopped for some of my favorite Simply Southern tee shirts.

It is sad that they would eavesdrop on a private conversation and then decide they can't let you return an item because of what they overheard. I will not be doing business with them again. The salespeople are extremely condescending and pushy. You would be better served purchasing a Vera Bradley purse from eBay. It definitely has more of a selection and you don't have to put up with the attitude of the salespeople at this store.
