Norm is a wizard. If It's air-cooled, he's the best in town.

Another specialist shop. Norm is a total expert and isn't bothered when questions are asked. This place has some pretty interesting cars to look at too.

Honest, fair and knowledgeable, Norm is the only VW shop you should consider in the Dayton/Cincinnati area. Norm is the only one I trust (besides myself) to work on my Vanagon. And when I can't diagnose an issue, we take it to Norm aka "Vanagon Whisperer" to get it resolved.

Norm is the only person I trust to make repairs to my 1979 Bus. He installed a new engine core, clutch, and lots more over the past two years. He has always been honest, fair, and direct. If you're looking for a bonafide expert in air cooled engines and VWs, this is the place to go.

Went to grismer in huber heights for my 2007 VW gti to have struts and shocks replaced they quoted me $1800 for parts and labor and they were gonna use Cheap parts, spoke with Norm one day and he said he could do it all for 750 - 1000 and refused to let me put anything but OEM or Performance Parts on it. The car gave out on me before i even had a chance to have him work on it, but that estimate plus all of the good things ive heard about his service will have me bring my 2013 vw gti in very soon for some Steering issues "not covered under warranty"
