Only reason for 1 star is salesperson helping with initial purchase was good. All 3 pieces of furniture delivered June 10, 2023 ($4,500+) damaged. Fast forward to January 2024 and the sectional has not been repaired as promised. We simply cannot get representatives from Morris to call us back with the status and when we get lucky and do speak with someone they cannot answer simple questions.We accept things happen but to be put in a position that we cannot get a repair on a new item for 7 months and counting that Morris agrees is damaged is simply wrong. We have been extremely patient but this is ridiculous.I did send a message to the President via Linkedin several months back with no repsonse, just trying to get anyone to help us get resolved.Still waiting on contact from Morris with resolution. First time I have ever posted a negative review however, considering the situation encourage potential buyers to take reviews like this into accountWe orginally were going to purchase from a furniture store in Cincinnati but we always try to buy local... this one backfired

Was promised a shipment in December and now they're telling me it will be months before I receive my furniture.Take their backorder and shipping dates with a grain of salt. They'll lie to you about dates to make a sale.

I went to Morris to look at a desk set that I was interested in purchasing. As I was looking around I was approached by a salesman Xavier A. He was very friendly, professional, and very accommodating! I am very pleased with the experience and all time and attention from Xavier. He made my experience and purchase with Morris very pleasant one.

We have had nothing but problems since we placed an order for mattresses and adjustable bases. The order was written up incorrectly which we noticed after returning home. We were assured everything was okay and the correct furniture would be delivered. We had to make a trip in to pick up mattress covers and pillows that were on our order. We were delivered the wrong bases, and we were promised the correct items would be in the end of August, and we would definitely hear from them. We received an email stating that we need to contact them to place our order. They apparently were already on order. The original order was placed 07/28/23. We returned to the store where we were going to cancel the order all together. The manager told us he had to send an email to the warehouse, and we had to take it from there. We received our statement from Synchrony Bank, and we called them to let them know that we have never received our order. The guy was going to look into it for us and put our payment date on hold. This is a nightmare that is never ending, and we will not pay for something we have not received.

Furniture shopping especially after a full day of it was frustrating until we ended our adventure here! We were welcomed by Shelby who was not only kind but extremely helpful. All of our questions were answered and if she did not know, she got an answer for us! We will definitely be coming back in the future to give her all of our furniture business!

Worst customer experience. Do not go here. We spent thousands of dollars, did not get a shelf that was included with the dresser for over 8 months after our furniture was delivered. Management indicated numerous times it would be delivered and never was. Management had also indicated they would give us a store credit to cover the useless dresser we’ve had. When it came time to cash in the credit-management said we had none. To top it off, when we got the shelf they didn’t send the hardware, we put in yet another claim and then we had to pay to pick it up at the office because Morris failed to pay the correct amount of postage. Absolute garbage customer service and get everything in writing or you will be sorry.

Such fantastic energy in the workplace. Plenty of great pieces in store. My transaction was more than easygoing and comfortable with the help of a salesman by the name of Xavier Anderson. Highly recommended shopping.

My husband and I were visiting the Dayton area (from Cincinnati) and stopped in to look at sectionals. Matthew greeted us and took us to the sectional that best fit our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time explaining options and we never felt pressured.
