Came in with a suspension concern that turned out to be a separated tire. 4 new tires and an oil change in less than an hour. Service doesn’t get better than that

Needed a battery that I had purchased put in my car. The service was outstanding and time was taken to explain some things to me that I wasn’t aware of and saved me some money.

I’m from out of town and had a terrible rattle under my car. It was the heat shield and they tightened it for free. Thank you!

Philip gave me a brake inspection on Friday evening. He didn't discuss package options or product choices/brand options. He gave me a $1400 estimate to replace brake pads, rotors, and calipers. I'm not sure where they are buying these parts from. He just took over and told me "sorry buddy but this is it."On several websites I found the same parts more than 50% less in price than they were asking for. All parts were $330 from the store. From them it was $859. I can't even find brake pads online that cost $159, the price they're asking for; they even put a "discount on these." They were $46.15 off lol... The labor cost are not offensive...250 bucks for labor, that makes sense. But these parts are way over priced...and that's very concerning.I was able to get a quote for 502.88$ from another mechanic.I genuinely think Phil saw a young guy walk into his shop...and just thought he could be a better payday out of me. Very unfortunate. My car is 7 years old (I just got it in April). But a 2016 kia forte lx doesn't require super duper expensive parts. lol

I went in to get my brakes replaced and informed me that they didn't need to be replaced, just cleaned. They didn't charge me or try to get me to buy unneeded parts. As a female, this is not my usual experience at an auto shop. Jeremy was super friendly, professional, and helpful. I will be returning if I ever need work done.

It sounds like a horror story. "I went in for a tire and three hours later spent $1,100.00!!! "I did originally go in to get a tire put on a new rim for my Toyota. Phil Osbourne took a look at the brake pads and rotors once he was changing the new wheel and noticed the pads were pretty worn and told me what he had found. (I had taken my car to another shop last year when I thought my brakes were fading and was told that, " No they're fine. You've got at least another 45k on the pads"( Borat thumbs up))Phil showed me all of the old parts once they were replaced and they were almost paper thin on the pads and the rotors on the front looked glazed from heat. It took about 3 hours to complete the job.I can now stop on a dime and give you 9 cents in change!! All joking aside the people I dealt with today were friendly and professional. I don't think I got taken in or ripped off by coming here. No one tried to hard sell or force me to get extra work done on my car. I needed to have the work done, and it was in a timely professional manner. Next time I need work done on my Toyota I'll be coming back.
