Extremely rude management by the name of Angelo. Caught him making snide comments about me during my service. Asked him about the reason for the comments ache chose to argue.

Logan is my go to mechanic for all things about my van. He has always done well finding out what is wrong and continues to help make sure my vehicle is safe to drive. I've been going to this location for probably 6 years, off and on, because of the turnover of people you've had in the past. Logan has been consistent. I called yesterday and I was in first thing this morning because a bunch of lights came on, on the dashboard. Logan was able to look it over and make sure everything was fine. We know the root cause so Logan and Josh are working together to get the part that we need for my van to get fixed properly. What I didn't like was when I called yesterday, it definitely sounded like a call center taking my call which obviously is new because I've been going to this location for awhile. It did not make me happy or thrilled to have to go through another person to talk to the person I needed to speak with. Get rid of the call center and just hire a service person who runs the front desk at each location. It's better customer service when I know I'm talking to someone on the phone who is actually sitting at the location where the business is. I don't have to explain the situation and the mechanics can just look me up and know what I'm talking about and we can work together to fix the problem. I've been to other locations near where I live as well so I have had some great interactions with some of the other mechanics as well.

Amazing customer service from Mike!! I’ll definitely be back again- I felt safe and respected. I knew that Mike wouldn’t take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars / tires lol

I've been a customer of Tire Choice for many years. My family recently moved back to Dayton and found the same courtesy and knowledge at this location.

Had a terrible experience with the location on Woodman Dr. I went in for break maintenance and a tire rotation, as my breaks were pulsing and squeaking. I disclaimed to the manager that my front rotors had recently been replaced, and upon coming out with the evaluation and estimate, he indecisively jumped back and forth claiming it was my front rotors… No! My back rotors…! No! My rotors, calipers, and break pads! He didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept changing exactly what was wrong with it. He ended up pushing toward me a $2000 estimate. My spouse and I refused, and then he proceeded to try to guilt-trip us, claiming that his mechanic “stayed late” for this, regardless of the fact that we scheduled the appointment a week ahead of time and within the typical business hours. It was like 4 PM at this point. We went through with the rotation and asked about the military discount three times, only to see on our receipt that he didn’t apply it. When we asked why, all he replied with was “Oh… I’ll get you guys next time!” As we drove out of there, we noticed my car was suddenly making even more concerning noises and the steering wheel felt a little unstable. Fast forward to today… We visited a second shop. There was nothing wrong with the rotors, calipers, or pads. It was just a wheel bearing issue. And then they found a broken pin that attributed to the suddenly weird noises after leaving Tire Choice, which the mechanic at this second establishment speculates may be the result of the staff at Tire Choice breaking it. He was shocked to think they would fail to mention to me a broken part when leaving the business, but I wouldn’t put it past them. Not a $2000 fix — not even a third of that — and not honest mechanics at this location.

A year or so I came here to get tires balanced ON my Expedition before driving to Tennessee the next day. One of the employees told me my tires are way over pressured and about to burst. So he let some air out. The next day as I drive I notice that it's hard to stay in my lane , and the vehicle drifting left to right . As I was stoppedfor gas in the border of Tennessee I happen to look at my tires and notice they look very low . I check them with a tire gage, they are all at 25psi. The tire says it needs 50psi. I filled them to 50 and car drives great the rest of the trip. And got much better gas mileage..

DO NOT USE Tire Choice on woodman drive under no circumstance. I did a lot of work to my blazer and knew it needed an alignment. Dropped it off to them and the next day I picked it up. When I picked it up It was pulling so hard to the left if I let go of the wheel I was instantly in the next lane. Not driveable at all. I called and dropped it back off to them. They say tie rod ends and sleeves are so worn out that’s what caused it. So I didn’t have time to do it. Way to much money later they call say it’s all good to go but still has a slight pull to the left because a sticking caliper on drivers side. I pick it up tell them I’ll replace. Mind you their slight pull was still pulling so hard left I didn’t want to drive it. Replace the caliper. No fix at all. Finally A friend says take it to tire discounters and get a 2nd opinion. Their tech wouldn’t drive it out of the parking lot. Once on the machine I was told the blazer was so far out of alignment that it wouldn’t even register on the machine. Thank goodness they were able to get it fixed after trying to align it for over 2 hours. And multiple test drives to make sure it was right. Now I’m in a fight to try and get my money back. So whatever you do avoid tire choice on woodman drive.
