Got a free hearing test. But they got all upset that we wouldn't buy a hearing aid from them. Was promised a $25 Kroger card and it was never received. This is the first, and last, time we deal with Miracle Ear.

DO NOT SIGN A SALES AGRREMENT, YOU AND/OR YOUR LOVED ONE WILL PAY FOR IT THE REST OF THEIR LIFE, LITTERALLY. OWNER JAMIE RICE REFUSES TO GIVE ME A COPY OF THE SALES AGREEMENT AND FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO A SALE FROM 2021. THEN ALMOST GOT ME FOR ANOTHER $7,000, BUYERS REMORSE FOR SURE. Jamie is awesome, she knows how to take care of her clients, I had a broken hearing aid ans she had me come in right away being she was booked had time to fix it can't say enough about her and her employee that helped me Thanks again you guys are awesome

Jamie is a joy to see every time I come in the office! I was the recipient of a grant from the Miracle Ear Foundation 5 years ago. Jamie was there through it all. She helped me find and apply for the grant and has seen me every few months for regular hearing aid maintenance. I hope to continue coming to Miracle Ear, this location specifically, for many years to come.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I've been seeing Jamie Rice since 2012 and would never go anywhere else. I have had multiple pair of hearing aids through Miracle Ear and have never been let down by the aids, the staff, or the service in the office. The office gets me right in if I need anything special or am having any issues, and they schedule me for regular cleanings and hearing tests. You will love how you are treated at this location if you need help with your hearing.

Dr Jamie and team have been so helpful for our family.We enjoy and appreciate the time Dr Jamie spends with my mom. She is always so friendly and knowledgeable. My mom enjoys working with Dr Jamie and we are so thankful that we chose this office.

Jamie was very knowledgeable, personable, thorough and I highly recommend her. I been wearing hearing aids for about 5 years and was never fully explained why I could not hear or understand when I was in large and noisy environments, Jamie did.!

I have always loved my experience at Miracle Ear especially working with Jamie. She is always so comforting and helpful with all my concerns. The Dayton staff is always very professional and kind. I have had 2 pairs of Miracle Ears over many years, and they've been great for me. I had battery ones and now I have rechargeable hearing aids.

Hello, I want to give a review for Miracle Ear in Miamisburg Ohio.My husband Dan decided to make me an appointment cause he kept telling me that I need to be check. So I did. When we arrived I was so surprised the receptionist Monic greeted us as we enter the door. Right then I was impressed the way she greeted us and offer us a drink of coffee or water. Told us she was happy to see us and the Dr was with a patient. Then 5 minutes later Ms Jamie Rice came out introduce herself. Told us a little about herself and was very upfront in everything. Took test then explain my test very thoroughly and explain the hearing aids.I have never been in a business that they show so much compassion and caring and very thorough. Made me filled like I was part of the family of Miracle Ear. Jamie Rice you were awesome, caring and very honest. Thank you God Bless. ❤️ No regrets.

Having poor hearing is similar to the old adage “CROSS QUESTIONS and SILLY ANSWERS” and is truly embarrassing when you come to grips with the fact you’ve lost a major part of your hearing as well as your life. I have been using my Miracle Ear hearing aids approximately 18 months and being able to more clearly hear and interact with my family has enriched my life. In fact, both my wife and our daughter have bought Miracle Ear hearing aids and are very pleased with the decision. Our Miracle Ear representative, Jamie Rice, has been outstanding to work with and we’ve never felt like we were left adrift to figure out things on our own. She’s always there to help when we need her. Two words best describe her service, TOP NOTCH.

I have been going to Miracle Ear for over a decade. Jamie Rice fitted me with hearing aids that changed my life. I have had at least five surgeries on my left ear over 30 years.
