I took my wedding ring set in to replace a missing stone. They were quick, very reasonably priced and super friendly. I would definitely recommend them, and will be using them again in the future.

I found Michaels to be a very personable and professional business. Immediately asked how to help, then quickly did the work. Also impressed he did not try to upsell me on a watch battery I thought was needed. Instead he chose to educate me, to save money. Then told me, no charge for the repair, he was just happy I was satisfied. This is the type of store we must all support, local and customer service focused. Thank you Michaels, already look forward to see you again on my next jewelry related issue. Great job, you certainly earned this review and my referral to friends.

The work they do here is very helpful and informative! They helped myself and my fiancé get the exact rings we wanted for our wedding. As well as had some rings resized very quickly, high quality, and at a good price.

Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable! I took my engagement ring in to have a prong repaired and he explained exactly what needed to be done and it looks amazing!I then asked for an appraisal for a few pieces for my insurance. He was quick and thorough. His personal attention to detail and thoroughness was much appreciated!
