I would recommend everyone who need hearing aids to see Lynn. She was the best so kindand sweet. Even making appointment the lady* sorry I forgot her name) did great with getting my insurance info from insurance company for me. I'm actually going back today. Looking for to seeing lynn.

Pleasant experience overall. I came because I wanted to get my hearing checked up. It was easy to get an appointment and Dr. Lynn was very welcoming and thorough with the exam. They also offer gift cards for hearing aid referrals. I recommend coming here for your hearing needs!

I learned about Miami Valley Hearing and Balance through my hairdresser. She took her mother there and had good things to say about their business. I was looking for a place to take my father who was experiencing hearing loss for quite a few years. Our family had been begging him to get hearing aids and he finally agreed. I was anxious about taking him because he was a little reluctant. It was a bit of pride in not wanting the stigma of wearing the aids. I was so happy after our first appointment. The business atmosphere is quiet and so inviting and warm. I was very please with Lynn Carpenter, the audiologist we saw at the south office. She cleaned out my dads ears and then did a hearing test. She was very professional and kind. She explained everything in detail about his hearing loss and the steps we needed to take to improve my father's hearing. He now is wearing his new hearing aids and enjoying the benefits of better hearing. The aids are so discreet that sometimes I don't even think he is wearing them. My father is always talking on his phone and is now enjoying the benefit of answering his phone through his hearing aids. This has made such an impact on his communication. There is less misunderstandings in his conversations on the phone and talking in person. This makes the communication much more enjoyable for his family and friends. We now can talk at a normal volume and not have to feel like we are yelling during our conversation. There were times that you just gave up on the conversation because it was so difficult and took too much effort to communicate. Thank you to Lynn Carpenter and her staff for helping our family enjoy communicating again!!

I took my mother-in-law for her visit to the South Office. Very interesting and educational. State of the art testing. Very nice, and patient staff, answering all our questions. Usable and insightful information for patients, family, and friends.

Took my elderly mother to MVH&B. Dr. Carpenter and her staff were exceptional. Dr. Carpenter was not only professionally skilled, she was patient-oriented. Good, clear communicator, as well.

Very professional, caring staff. Outstanding service. This was my first hearing aid and had many concerns and fears.
