Emailed them about repairing and upgrading some forklifts. Its going on a month and still no one contacted me beyond their automated "Someone will contact you soon" email. I understand some emails fall through the cracks. I I sent another email to touch base with them and still nothing. Highly disappointed.

Great forklift and Aerial lift rental house. Great pricing, lifts were delivered promptly as discussed. My large forklift was extremely well maintained and cared for, performed exactly as I needed it to. Staff members Beth and Lesley were very helpful nailing down the details of the units and the cost of the rentals. Also was very easy to extend my rental dates when the project went longer than we had originally planned for.

I used this company to repair my cat lift. Quotes wrong, billing confusing and customer service the worst I ever had. I wish there were other companies that specialized in the repairs I needed so I would never have to deal with this horrible company again.
